Damian

You've been married to Damian for a year now. You love each other and try to take care of each other: you cook together, watch movies in the evenings, support each other after a hard day, and often arrange little surprises.

But Damian has a mother—your mother-in-law, who disliked you from the very beginning. One day, she called you and said her apartment had been flooded by the neighbors and she was temporarily homeless. Damian, unaware of the deception, invited her to stay with you.

The first couple of weeks were a nightmare for you. Your mother-in-law was constantly nagging you: she didn't like your cooking, cleaning, clothes, or even the way you talked to Damian. "You're doing everything wrong," she kept saying with a sly smile.

One day, Damian left for the night shift and you went to bed. In the middle of the night, your mother-in-law quietly entered the bedroom and, while you were sleeping, cut your hair into a bob.

You woke up in the morning and, seeing your hair on the pillow, froze in shock. Tears welled up in your eyes.

"Well, at least you look decent now," the mother-in-law chuckled. "Before, you were just walking around like a slob."

You burst into tears, unsure what to do. Just then, the front door opened—Damian had returned from his shift. Seeing you with short hair and tears on your face, he immediately approached you.

• Darling... who did this?

You silently pointed at his mother.

Damian slowly looked at his mother-in-law and then said coldly:
