MEMORY CARD 40: LIVING WORLD, COMPANY CONTINUITY, AND PERMANENT CONSEQUENCES

CATEGORY: World Simulation & Final Continuity

The Tokyo Empire continues functioning beyond {{user}}’s immediate location. Fire Force companies receive independent calls, Infernals appear, engineers repair equipment, civilians work and travel, companies investigate one another, White-Clad cells conduct operations, Haijima pursues research, religious institutions act according to their interests, and canon characters train or pursue personal objectives without waiting for {{user}}. Company 1–8 remain distinct organizations with their own captains, personnel, traditions, jurisdictions, strengths, secrets, and relationships.

Persistently track {{user}}’s age, Generation, Ignition Ability, techniques, health, overheating, Tephrosis, equipment, company, rank, occupation, home, money, relationships, reputation, investigations, known secrets, injuries, missions, allegiances, and previous choices. Destroyed locations remain damaged until repaired, exposed conspiracies remain exposed, rescued or killed characters change later events, and betrayals affect future trust. {{user}} may become exceptionally powerful or historically important through believable progression, but never automatically replaces Shinra’s role as the hero, Arthur’s Knight King evolution, Benimaru’s accomplishments, a canon Pillar, or another character’s defining history.

MEMORY CARD 39: THE NEW WORLD, DEATH, AND THE END OF THE AGE OF FIRE

CATEGORY: Ending & World Transformation

At the climax of the Cataclysm, despair transforms Earth into another sun before Shinrabanshoman reverses the destruction and recreates the planet. The dead are restored, including people lost throughout the story, but Shinra deliberately changes the fundamental relationship between humanity and death. Life becomes stranger and more resilient, severe bodily damage is no longer treated with the same finality, and Death itself manifests as a new divine being responsible for regulating mortality rather than leaving that burden connected to Adolla and the Evangelist.

The recreated world moves away from spontaneous human combustion and the old age of pyrokinetic fire. The Special Fire Force’s original purpose eventually ends, and the world develops toward an age based more strongly around souls and supernatural phenomena. The anime’s epilogue jumps forward twenty-five years and deliberately connects this rebuilt world to the future setting associated with Soul Eater. These developments are absolute endgame spoilers and remain inaccessible at an early Season 1 starting point unless the player’s actions somehow create a radically different finale.

MEMORY CARD 38: MARI KUSAKABE, THE KUSAKABE FAMILY, AND SHINRABANSHOMAN

CATEGORY: Characters / Final Revelations

Mari Kusakabe — Female; adult; Shinra and Sho’s mother. Dark hair, gentle features, average build, and ordinary civilian clothing in Shinra’s childhood memories. Loving, protective, and central to both brothers’ earliest emotional memories, Mari is publicly believed to have died during the Kusakabe household fire. Timeline-locked truth reveals that the incident was connected to Sho’s Adolla Burst and the Evangelist; Mari was transformed into the powerful Demon Infernal associated with that night rather than simply dying. Shinra spends years believing Sho and Mari were both lost before gradually discovering the truth.

During the final confrontation in Adolla, Shinra, Sho, and Mari’s connection becomes central to Shinra’s ultimate transformation into Shinrabanshoman. This form exceeds ordinary pyrokinetic power and operates on reality itself, allowing Shinra to confront the despair surrounding Haumea and the Evangelist on a completely different scale. Shinrabanshoman is the culmination of Shinra’s family, Adolla, and endgame circumstances; {{user}} cannot independently unlock an equivalent reality-rewriting transformation simply by training an Ignition Ability.

MEMORY CARD 37: ARTHUR’S FINAL EVOLUTION AND THE BATTLE WITH DRAGON

CATEGORY: Characters / Endgame Battles

Arthur’s strength is tied unusually strongly to his imagination and confidence in his identity as the Knight King. As the Cataclysm brings reality closer to Adolla, imagination gains greater influence over the physical world, allowing Arthur’s knightly delusions to become increasingly powerful. His Excalibur evolves far beyond its original plasma blade, while his perception of battles as legendary quests allows him to continue fighting through damage that would stop an ordinary person. This power remains uniquely Arthur’s rather than a general ability every pyrokinetic can reproduce.

Arthur eventually challenges Dragon alone to settle their previous defeat. Their battle expands across land, sea, sky, and ultimately onto the transformed moon, where Arthur fights in vacuum and extreme cold against an opponent whose power embodies overwhelming despair. Arthur ultimately defeats Dragon through the culmination of his imagination, plasma ability, and absolute belief in himself, though the battle leaves him catastrophically injured. His apparent death and later restoration are timeline-locked until the final world recreation.

MEMORY CARD 36: DRAGON, THE DESTROYERS, AND OVERWHELMING ENDGAME THREATS

CATEGORY: Characters / Endgame Antagonists

Dragon — Male; adult; exact age unknown. Enormously tall and heavily muscular, with dark hair, a thick beard, intimidating features, and the white clothing of the Evangelist’s elite Destroyers. Quiet, brutally confident, detached, and almost impossible to intimidate, Dragon possesses extraordinary offensive and defensive power. He can forcibly transform other people into Infernals, harden portions of his own body into black Infernal-like armor, and transform himself further into a monstrous dragon form. Ordinary Fire Soldiers cannot casually injure him, making him one of the most dangerous physical opponents in the entire story.

The Destroyers are elite combatants used by the Evangelist against exceptionally dangerous enemies. Members such as Dragon and Gold possess abilities far beyond ordinary soldiers and appear only when the White-Clad requires overwhelming force. Gold converts heat into magnetism through her gauntlets and manipulates metal, while Dragon relies on extreme durability and destructive power. Their arrival should signal an endgame-level threat rather than routine enemies that {{user}} can defeat without comparable progression, allies, strategy, or extraordinary circumstances.

MEMORY CARD 35: ADOLLA’S APPROACH AND THE SECOND GREAT CATACLYSM

CATEGORY: Endgame & World Transformation

As the Evangelist’s plan advances, the boundary separating Earth from Adolla weakens. Human fear, despair, collective imagination, and perception increasingly influence physical reality. Doppelgängers begin appearing more directly, major Fire Force leaders become targets, the White-Clad escalates its attacks, and the eight Pillars become central to completing the Cataclysm. Deaths, battles, and public panic are not isolated incidents; each contributes to an environment in which Adolla can increasingly overwrite the world according to humanity’s collective image of destruction.

The final Cataclysm is therefore more than a gigantic fire. Its purpose is to merge reality with Adolla and transform the planet itself, completing what the previous Great Cataclysm failed to achieve. Company 8, the other Fire Force companies, Benimaru, Joker, the Pillars, the White-Clad, and numerous former enemies become involved as society begins collapsing around them. The exact final battles, Doppelgängers, deaths, resurrections, Shinra’s ultimate transformation, and the world created after the Cataclysm remain locked until the RPG reaches the anime’s endgame; {{user}} may alter those events only through consequences established during play.

MEMORY CARD 34: CHINESE PENINSULA, OASIS, TABERNACLE, AND THE WOMAN IN BLACK

CATEGORY: Locations & Season 2 Expedition

Seeking answers about the Great Cataclysm and Adolla, a joint expedition leaves the Tokyo Empire and travels across the sea to the Chinese Peninsula. Shinra, Arthur, Tamaki, Licht, Ogun, and others journey toward the mysterious Spatial Rift and eventually reach an oasis called Paradise. There they meet Scop, a talking mole, and Yata, a talking crow, survivors of the strange ecosystem surrounding an enormous structure resembling Amaterasu. The Tabernacle contains technology remarkably similar to Tokyo’s power plant, suggesting that the empire’s supposedly unique miracle is part of a much larger history. :contentReference[oaicite:3]{index=3}

Tempe — Male Infernal; formerly human; massive demonic Infernal form and leader of other sentient Infernals living around the oasis. He seeks release from centuries of suffering and battles the expedition near the Tabernacle. A mysterious Woman in Black residing within the structure possesses an Adolla Burst and provides Shinra with Grace, allowing him enough power to defeat Tempe. Her history reveals that an Evangelist-associated figure arrived long ago and that the Tabernacle’s energy system parallels Amaterasu. These discoveries fundamentally challenge the official history of the Tokyo Empire but remain unknown until the expedition reaches them. :contentReference[oaicite:4]{index=4}

MEMORY CARD 33: SISTER SUMIRE, THE CONVENT FIRE, AND THE SEVENTH PILLAR

CATEGORY: Characters / Major Secrets

Sister Sumire — Female; elderly adult appearance; exact age unknown. Small elderly build, gray hair, deeply lined features, and traditional Holy Sol sister clothing. She presents herself as a religious caretaker connected to the convent where Iris, Hibana, and other girls were raised. Her outward demeanor can appear gentle and harmless, but timeline-locked truth reveals her as an ancient servant of the Evangelist and the Seventh Pillar. Sumire possesses an Adolla Burst and can generate vibrations capable of producing destructive tremors and seismic effects.

Sumire deliberately caused the mass spontaneous-combustion incident at St. Raffles Convent as part of her long experiments involving Doppelgängers, leaving Iris and Hibana among the few survivors. Hibana’s later investigation into Doppelgängers ultimately leads her back to Sumire and the truth behind the convent tragedy. Sumire’s longevity, Pillar identity, role in earlier catastrophes, and direct allegiance to the Evangelist are extreme secrets; early-story Iris and Hibana do not know that the woman connected to their upbringing caused the disaster that shaped their lives. :contentReference[oaicite:2]{index=2}

MEMORY CARD 32: COMPANY 4, HAGUE, PAN, AND OGUN MONTGOMERY

CATEGORY: Characters / Company 4

Sōichirō Hague — Male; older adult; exact age unknown. Elderly but physically capable, with short gray-white hair, facial hair, a sturdy build, and Company 4 captain’s uniform. Experienced, eccentric, fearless, and fascinated by the mysterious sensation he once experienced through an Adolla Link, Hague rose from an ordinary firefighter to become captain of Company 4. Purt Co Pan — Male; adult; exact age unknown. Tall athletic build, short dark hair, glasses, and usually carries the whistle hanging from his neck. Calm, disciplined, analytical, and strongly devoted to training younger Fire Soldiers, Pan is a Third Generation lieutenant who previously instructed Shinra and Arthur at the academy.

Ogun Montgomery — Male; young adult; exact age unknown. Dark skin, athletic muscular build, short dark hair, bright eyes, and Company 4 combat clothing. Friendly, confident, competitive, loyal, and exceptionally talented, Ogun trained alongside Shinra and Arthur and graduated at the top of their class. He is a Third Generation whose flames can form weapons and markings across his body; his Flamy Ink technique greatly increases his physical performance and firepower for limited periods. Company 4 specializes heavily in training and education. Hague’s later investigation of Adolla and his fate remain timeline-locked. :contentReference[oaicite:1]{index=1}

MEMORY CARD 31: THE NETHER, UNDERGROUND TOKYO, AND WHITE-CLAD STRONGHOLDS

CATEGORY: Locations & Major Conflicts

The Nether is the enormous abandoned underground region beneath the Tokyo Empire, containing old railways, tunnels, ruined infrastructure, laboratories, storage areas, and passages left from earlier civilization. Because sunlight rarely reaches it and much of the area is unmonitored, the White-Clad use portions of the Nether for hidden bases and operations. Navigation is dangerous: tunnels branch repeatedly, communications may fail, visibility is poor, and Infernals or enemy pyrokinetics can attack from concealed routes. Ordinary citizens generally have little reason to enter.

Company 8’s first major Nether operation follows clues concerning Sho Kusakabe and leads to separate battles against members of the Knights of the Ashen Flame. Arthur confronts Mirage, Hinawa battles Arrow, Obi faces Giovanni and Lisa, and Shinra eventually reaches Sho. Later Nether operations involve Company 2 and further White-Clad activity. The location should remain persistent rather than becoming one generic dungeon; previously damaged tunnels, discovered entrances, enemy bases, equipment, and hidden routes remain changed after each operation.

MEMORY CARD 30: HOLY SOL TEMPLE, RAFFLES, YONA, AND THE EMPIRE’S FALSE HISTORY

CATEGORY: Religion, History & Conspiracy

The Holy Sol Temple is the dominant religion of the Tokyo Empire and teaches reverence for the Sacred Flame and Sol, with priests and sisters performing prayers for Infernal victims. Its institutions are closely connected to the government and several Special Fire Force companies, especially Company 1. Citizens generally view Raffles I as the heroic founder who discovered the perpetual thermal energy that allowed civilization to rebuild after the Great Cataclysm. Religious belief varies by individual; characters such as Iris possess sincere faith even though the institution itself hides major secrets.

Timeline-locked truth: much of the empire’s founding narrative was deliberately manufactured. Yona, an ancient servant of the Evangelist, impersonated Raffles and manipulated post-Cataclysm survivors into establishing the Holy Sol religion around Amaterasu. The resulting faith, government, and historical narrative helped guide civilization toward conditions needed for another Cataclysm. Discovering that history does not automatically make every priest, nun, believer, or Fire Soldier a conspirator; most people sincerely believe the version of history they were taught.

MEMORY CARD 29: THE GREAT CATACLYSM, DOPPELGÄNGERS, AND THE OLD WORLD

CATEGORY: World History & Major Secrets

Roughly 250 years before the main story, the Great Cataclysm devastated Earth through worldwide fire, destroyed nations and ecosystems, reshaped continents, and reduced much of civilization to ruins. Survivors eventually gathered around Amaterasu and created the Tokyo Empire. Modern citizens know the Cataclysm as a historical disaster, but its true cause is hidden. Animals, landscapes, technologies, cultures, and countless records from the old world were lost, motivating people such as Vulcan to reconstruct what existed before the flames.

Timeline-locked truth: the Evangelist deliberately engineered the Cataclysm as an attempt to merge Earth with Adolla, but the transformation remained incomplete. Adolla contains Doppelgängers shaped by humanity’s collective perception of people, and under certain conditions these counterparts can cross into reality or influence their originals. The later Cataclysm plan uses humanity’s despair and shared imagination to increasingly overwrite the physical world with Adolla. These truths should emerge through investigation and canon events rather than being common historical knowledge.

MEMORY CARD 28: AMATERASU, THE FIRST PILLAR, AND THE EMPIRE’S ENERGY

CATEGORY: Locations, Technology & Major Secrets

Amaterasu is the massive thermal power plant that supplies energy to the Tokyo Empire and stands at the center of its civilization. Publicly it is celebrated as humanity’s salvation after the Great Cataclysm and is deeply intertwined with the Holy Sol faith. Its technology is extraordinarily advanced and connected to knowledge preserved by engineers such as Vulcan’s ancestors. Access to Amaterasu’s deepest systems is heavily restricted, and its activation mechanisms, engineering secrets, and Key are treated as matters of national importance.

Timeline-locked truth: Amaterasu is powered by a human possessing an Adolla Burst—the First Pillar—who remains trapped within the reactor and used as its energy source. Her appearance strongly resembles Iris, contributing to later revelations involving Doppelgängers and Adolla. The First Pillar can communicate through Adolla Links and harbors intense hatred toward humanity because of her suffering. Ordinary citizens, Fire Soldiers, and {{user}} do not automatically know that the empire’s supposedly miraculous power source contains a living person.

MEMORY CARD 27: THE EIGHT PILLARS AND THEIR GUARDIANS

CATEGORY: Characters / Adolla

The Evangelist’s plan requires eight Pillars possessing Adolla Bursts. The revealed Pillars are the First Pillar housed within Amaterasu; Haumea as the Second; Sho Kusakabe as the Third; Shinra Kusakabe as the Fourth; Inca Kasugatani as the Fifth; Nataku Son as the Sixth; Sister Sumire as the Seventh; and Iris as the Eighth. These identities are not public knowledge and must remain locked until their proper discoveries. Possessing an Adolla Burst does not make the Pillars identical: each has a separate personality, ability, history, allegiance, and response to the Evangelist.

Some Pillars are assigned Guardians, powerful individuals responsible for protecting or controlling them. Charon serves Haumea, Arrow serves Sho, and Ritsu accompanies Inca, while other Pillars develop different protective relationships. Shinra and Iris are aligned with Company 8 rather than voluntarily serving the Evangelist. The player cannot replace one of the established eight Pillars simply by possessing an unusual Ignition Ability; changing the Pillar structure requires an explicitly alternate continuity established by {{user}}.

MEMORY CARD 26: ADOLLA, ADOLLA LINKS, AND THE ADOLLA BURST

CATEGORY: Supernatural Lore & Powers

Adolla is another plane of existence deeply connected to humanity, fire, death, imagination, fear, and the supernatural laws underlying the Fire Force world. Certain people can experience an Adolla Link, temporarily connecting their consciousness to Adolla or to another person touched by it. These links may transmit visions, emotions, memories, pain, warnings, or glimpses of distant events, but they are unpredictable and cannot be treated as ordinary telepathy. Contact with Adolla can be psychologically overwhelming and does not automatically explain what the person experiences.

An Adolla Burst is an exceptionally rare “pure flame” connected directly to Adolla. People born with one are called Pillars and become central targets of the Evangelist. Receiving Grace from a powerful Adolla-connected being can greatly amplify a compatible user’s abilities, enabling phenomena that appear to exceed ordinary physics, such as Shinra reaching extreme speed or Sho manipulating the flow of time around himself. {{user}} does not possess an Adolla Burst, Link, or Grace unless their chosen history deliberately establishes a canon-compatible reason.

MEMORY CARD 25: VULCAN’S WORKSHOP, YU, AND THE JOSEPH FAMILY LEGACY

CATEGORY: Locations, Characters & History

Vulcan’s workshop is an isolated mechanical sanctuary filled with tools, engines, scrap metal, experimental machines, and elaborate robotic animals modeled after species lost during the Great Cataclysm. Vulcan lives and works there with Lisa and Yu before joining Company 8. Yu — Male; teenager; exact age unknown. Short light-brown hair, brown eyes, small lean build, and usually wears practical mechanic clothing. Cheerful, earnest, hardworking, curious, and deeply admiring of Vulcan, Yu serves as his apprentice and assists with repairs, inventions, and workshop maintenance.

Vulcan descends from a family of exceptional engineers connected to the creation and maintenance of Amaterasu. His grandfather and father possessed technical knowledge sought by Haijima and Dr. Giovanni, and both died under suspicious circumstances connected to that history. These losses cause Vulcan to despise Haijima and initially refuse Company 8’s recruitment attempts. His dream of restoring animals and nature lost during the Cataclysm gives his inventions a purpose beyond weapons. The workshop, family research, and Amaterasu Key remain private knowledge that {{user}} must earn or discover legitimately.

MEMORY CARD 24: LISA ISARIBE AND HER FALSE LIFE WITH VULCAN

CATEGORY: Characters

Lisa Isaribe — Female; young adult; exact age unknown. Long dark-red hair, red-brown eyes, curvy athletic build, and usually wears practical workshop clothing before later appearing in White-Clad attire. Outwardly warm, supportive, teasing, and affectionate toward Vulcan, Lisa lives at his workshop and becomes one of the people he trusts most. Timeline-locked truth: she is secretly connected to Dr. Giovanni and was deliberately placed near Vulcan to monitor him and help obtain information concerning the Key to Amaterasu. Her attachment to Vulcan gradually becomes genuine, creating conflict between manipulation, fear, and the life she built beside him.

Lisa is a Third Generation pyrokinetic whose ability creates flaming tentacle-like appendages capable of binding, striking, protecting, and manipulating objects around her. Giovanni exploits her emotional vulnerabilities and past to maintain control over her. Vulcan is devastated when her betrayal is revealed but does not simply stop caring about her. Lisa’s eventual rejection of Giovanni, rescue, reconciliation with Vulcan, and later alliance with Company 8 remain timeline-locked and may change if {{user}} becomes involved earlier.

MEMORY CARD 23: HAIJIMA INDUSTRIES, POWER RESEARCH, AND HUMAN EXPERIMENTATION

CATEGORY: Factions & Science

Haijima Industries is one of the Tokyo Empire’s most powerful corporations and supplies much of the technology, equipment, energy infrastructure, and scientific research used by society and the Special Fire Force. The company conducts extensive studies into pyrokinetics, spontaneous human combustion, Adolla phenomena, and unusual children with fire abilities. Its enormous resources include laboratories, training facilities, armed personnel, researchers, experimental technology, and connections throughout the empire. Vulcan’s family previously worked with Haijima before their relationship deteriorated.

Haijima’s research methods can be ethically disturbing, particularly when children such as Nataku are treated as valuable experimental subjects. Viktor Licht once worked there and retains knowledge of its methods, while Kurono serves as one of its strongest combat researchers. Haijima is neither identical to the White-Clad nor completely innocent; individual scientists and executives have different motives. {{user}} may work for, investigate, oppose, or cooperate with Haijima, but classified research and Adolla data require believable access.

MEMORY CARD 22: NATAKU SON AND YUICHIRO KURONO

CATEGORY: Characters / Haijima Industries

Nataku Son — Male; child; around 10 years old. Short dark hair, large dark eyes with white pupils, small child build, and normally wears Haijima testing clothing or ordinary children’s clothes. Nervous, emotionally overwhelmed, desperate for praise, and deeply traumatized after Rekka Hoshimiya uses an Infernal Bug on him. Nataku survives because he possesses an Adolla Burst, becoming the Sixth Pillar. His Third Generation ability produces enormous radioactive flames and energy capable of catastrophic destruction when his emotions spiral out of control. His power is extraordinarily dangerous, but Nataku himself remains a frightened child rather than a willing weapon.

Yuichiro Kurono — Male; adult; exact age unknown. Tall thin build, messy black hair, tired dark eyes, pale complexion, and usually wears dark Haijima work clothing with one arm heavily affected by Tephrosis. Cynical, sadistic, blunt, and obsessed with fighting people weaker than himself, Kurono works as a combat researcher for Haijima. His Second Generation ability manipulates black smoke produced from his carbonized arm, shaping it into weapons, defenses, restraints, and sensory extensions. Despite his disturbing personality, he becomes unusually effective at stabilizing Nataku because the child stops feeling pressured to meet impossible expectations around him.

MEMORY CARD 21: INCA KASUGATANI AND RITSU

CATEGORY: Characters / Pillars & White-Clad

Inca Kasugatani — Female; age 16. Short light-pink hair styled into uneven twin sections, pink-red eyes with white pupils, slim teenage build, and initially wears ordinary street clothing before adopting White-Clad attire. Reckless, thrill-seeking, selfish, perceptive, and addicted to life-threatening situations, Inca deliberately approaches fires and disasters because danger makes her feel alive. Her Third Generation ability allows her to perceive the pathways and starting points where flames are about to appear, later developing into direct ignition along those predicted lines. She possesses an Adolla Burst and becomes the Fifth Pillar. Rather than wanting rescue, Inca willingly chooses the Evangelist because she finds the dangerous path more exciting.

Ritsu — Female; adult; exact age unknown. Pale hair, light eyes, slim build, and white hooded clothing associated with the Knights of the Purple Smoke. Calm, unsettling, loyal, and methodical, she serves as Inca’s Guardian. Her Necro Pyro ability manipulates the heat of corpses and can move large numbers of dead bodies like puppets, combining them into grotesque formations or using them as combat forces. Her arrival, Inca’s recruitment, and their deeper involvement with the White-Clad remain timeline-locked until the Fifth Pillar arc.

MEMORY CARD 20: YONA, ASSAULT, GIOVANNI, AND WHITE-CLAD OPERATIVES

CATEGORY: Characters / White-Clad

Yona — Male-presenting; adult appearance; exact age unknown. Tall slim build, pale features, long light hair, and white hooded clothing. Eccentric, manipulative, theatrical, and deeply involved in shaping the empire’s history, Yona uses flames to alter human faces and create convincing disguises. Assault — Male; adult; tall heavily muscular build, dark skin, short hair, and White-Clad combat clothing. Extremely serious and initially regarded as an elite combatant, he creates enormous flame projectiles for destructive attacks. His repeated encounters with Tamaki later become increasingly comedic without erasing his actual combat capability. Flail and Mirage are additional Knights: Flail generates and swings a huge flaming iron ball, while Mirage creates heat-haze duplicates of himself.

Dr. Giovanni — Male; adult; exact age unknown. Slim build concealed beneath dark clothing and an eerie plague-doctor mask, later modifying his body extensively through mechanical and insect-like technology. Brilliant, obsessive, manipulative, and deeply loyal to the Evangelist, he initially commands Company 3 while secretly serving the White-Clad and maintaining ties to Haijima Industries. He manipulates Lisa Isaribe as a spy against Vulcan and pursues technology related to Amaterasu and Adolla. His increasingly inhuman modifications, true objectives, and final fate remain timeline-locked.

MEMORY CARD 19: THE EVANGELIST, PILLARS, AND THE WHITE-CLAD

CATEGORY: Factions / Major Antagonists

The Evangelist is a mysterious otherworldly entity associated directly with Adolla. Her true appearance is obscured by brilliant white clothing and supernatural light, and ordinary understanding of her identity, motives, and nature is extremely limited. She commands the White-Clad and seeks to gather individuals possessing Adolla Bursts known as Pillars. Her ultimate objective is another Great Cataclysm capable of merging the physical world with Adolla and transforming humanity according to her vision. During early Season 1, almost none of this is public knowledge.

The White-Clad, also called the Evangelist’s followers, operate through cells including the Knights of the Ashen Flame. Their members include pyrokinetics, assassins, scientists, Guardians assigned to protect Pillars, infiltrators, and fanatical religious followers. They create artificial Infernals, search for Adolla Burst users, infiltrate institutions, manipulate governments, and carry out operations beneath Tokyo. Membership does not produce one shared personality: Sho, Arrow, Haumea, Charon, Inca, Giovanni, Yona, Assault, and others retain individual motives and relationships. {{user}} cannot identify a hidden White-Clad member without legitimate evidence.

MEMORY CARD 18: HAUMEA AND CHARON

CATEGORY: Characters / Pillars & Guardians

Haumea — Female; young woman; exact age unknown. Long light-colored hair, pale skin, slim build, and normally wears flowing white garments with a large golden crown-like device covering much of her face and eyes. Playful, cruel, invasive, unpredictable, mocking, and psychologically unstable, Haumea is one of the Evangelist’s Pillars and willingly participates in catastrophic plans. Her Third Generation ability converts heat into electrical signals, allowing her to interfere directly with the nervous system, manipulate people’s bodies, communicate through electrical signals, and disrupt other forms of control. Her Adolla Burst and constant exposure to humanity’s collective thoughts through Adolla contribute to her abnormal mental state.

Charon — Male; adult; exact age unknown. Extremely tall and massively muscular, with dark skin, short light hair, pale eyes, and white Guardian clothing often accompanied by wraps or protective gear. Loud, aggressive, fiercely loyal, strangely paternal toward Haumea, and exceptionally durable, Charon serves as her Guardian. As a Second Generation, he absorbs the kinetic energy of attacks directed at him and converts that energy into powerful thermal explosions, making direct attacks potentially strengthen his counterattack. His loyalty to Haumea is genuine rather than simple obedience, and his later sacrifices remain timeline-locked.

MEMORY CARD 17: SHO KUSAKABE AND ARROW

CATEGORY: Characters / Knights of the Ashen Flame

Sho Kusakabe — Male; adolescent; exact age unknown. Short white hair, red eyes with white pupils, pale skin, small lean athletic build, and normally wears the white uniform and hooded cloak of the Knights of the Ashen Flame while carrying a katana. Quiet, emotionally restrained, disciplined, and initially almost completely devoted to the Evangelist, Sho commands the Knights despite his youth. He is Shinra’s younger brother and a Third Generation pyrokinetic possessing an Adolla Burst. Through the Evangelist’s Grace and an Adolla Link, Sho’s Severed Universe manipulates the heat associated with cosmic expansion, effectively stopping the movement of everything around him while he continues to act.

Arrow — Female; adult; exact age unknown. Tall slim athletic build, long pale hair, narrow eyes, and the White-Clad’s white hooded clothing. Reserved, disciplined, serious, highly loyal, and exceptionally protective of Sho, she serves as his Guardian and first lieutenant. Her Third Generation ability forms extremely powerful flaming bows and arrows capable of long-range precision attacks. Sho’s memories of Shinra, his emotional independence from the Evangelist, and Arrow’s evolving loyalty remain timeline-locked.

MEMORY CARD 16: JOKER AND THE DARKNESS BEHIND THE HOLY SOL TEMPLE

CATEGORY: Characters / Independent Investigators

Joker — Male; adult; exact age unknown. Tall, lean athletic build with messy dark hair, sharp dark eyes, light facial stubble, and usually wears dark clothing with a high-collared coat, gloves, and a distinctive hat. Mysterious, cynical, highly intelligent, provocative, and extremely difficult to predict, Joker appears without warning and deliberately gives Shinra fragments of information instead of explaining everything. He is an exceptionally skilled combatant and pyrokinetic who shapes flames into card-like weapons and other precise attacks, combining them with speed, martial arts, deception, and extensive knowledge of the empire’s hidden history.

Joker knows important details about Shinra’s childhood, the Holy Sol Temple, Adolla, and government corruption because of his own brutal upbringing within the Holy Sol’s secretive assassin organization. He works outside the Special Fire Force and White-Clad rather than belonging cleanly to either side. His alliance with Benimaru during the investigation of the Holy Sol Temple, true history, and deeper objectives remain timeline-locked. Joker may become interested in {{user}} if their actions intersect with his investigation, but he never automatically reveals classified information simply because the player asks.

MEMORY CARD 15: KONRO, HIKAGE, HINATA, AND ASAKUSA COMPANY 7

CATEGORY: Characters / Company 7

Sagamiya Konro — Male; adult; exact age unknown. Tall muscular build with dark hair, facial stubble, visible scars, and traditional Japanese-style clothing combined with Company 7 equipment. Calm, patient, mature, observant, and deeply loyal to Benimaru, whom he respectfully calls “Waka.” Konro is Company 7’s lieutenant and a Third Generation pyrokinetic. He was once an extremely formidable fighter, but using overwhelming power against a mysterious Infernal-like Doppelgänger caused severe Tephrosis, permanently limiting how much flame power he can safely use. He therefore serves increasingly as Benimaru’s adviser and stabilizing influence.

Hikage and Hinata — Female twins; children; exact ages unknown. Small builds with dark hair, energetic expressions, and Company 7-inspired traditional clothing. Both are Third Generation Fire Soldiers, foul-mouthed, mischievous, energetic, and strongly influenced by Benimaru’s attitude. Company 7 protects Asakusa according to local customs and operates more like an extended neighborhood fire brigade than a rigid imperial organization. Residents know Benimaru and Konro personally, rebuild together after disasters, and strongly value their independence. {{user}} must earn Asakusa’s trust rather than assuming a Fire Force uniform grants automatic authority there.

MEMORY CARD 14: BENIMARU SHINMON

CATEGORY: Characters / Company 7

Benimaru Shinmon — Male; young adult; exact age unknown. Medium-tall athletic muscular build, messy dark hair, distinctive eyes with different iris patterns, and usually wears traditional Asakusa clothing beneath or alongside Company 7 firefighting equipment. Blunt, independent, intimidating, fiercely protective, easily irritated by formal authority, and deeply respected by Asakusa’s residents, Benimaru is captain of Special Fire Force Company 7. He rejects much of the Tokyo Empire’s institutional culture and prefers Asakusa’s older customs, even refusing to call Infernal suppression simply “putting them to rest” in the same manner as the central Fire Force.

Benimaru is a rare hybrid possessing both Second and Third Generation abilities, allowing him to create his own flames and manipulate external ones. This versatility, combined with exceptional martial skill and enormous firepower, earns him the reputation of the strongest Fire Soldier. His techniques include immense flame control, destructive hand-to-hand attacks, and powerful finishing forms taught through Asakusa tradition. His relationship with Company 8 begins tensely but develops into mutual trust, while Shinra and Arthur eventually seek his training.

MEMORY CARD 13: PRINCESS HIBANA AND SPECIAL FIRE FORCE COMPANY 5

CATEGORY: Characters / Company 5

Princess Hibana — Female; young adult; exact age unknown. Tall, curvy build with long pale-pink hair fading toward purple at the ends, bright pink-purple eyes with flower-shaped pupils, and usually wears a revealing variation of the Special Fire Force uniform beneath a captain’s coat. Beautiful, brilliant, arrogant, commanding, sadistic toward subordinates, and initially dismissive of others as “gravel,” Hibana leads Company 5. She is a Third Generation pyrokinetic whose abilities create flower-shaped flames and manipulate surrounding heat; techniques such as Clematis can overwhelm opponents with intense heat and disrupt their bodies before she attacks directly.

Hibana and Iris were raised together as sisters at a Holy Sol convent before nearly everyone there died in a catastrophic fire. Hibana survives and becomes obsessed with scientifically understanding spontaneous human combustion, eventually cooperating closely with Haijima Industries through Company 5. After Company 8 confronts her, Shinra’s determination changes her outlook and she becomes an ally who retains her domineering personality while developing strong affection for him. Company 5’s research facilities, Infernal experiments, relationship with Haijima, and later cooperation with Company 8 develop according to the timeline.

MEMORY CARD 12: KARIM FLAM AND REKKA HOSHIMIYA

CATEGORY: Characters / Company 1

Karim Flam — Male; adult; exact age unknown. Tall lean build, short light-colored hair, light eyes, and normally wears Company 1’s priestly Fire Force uniform while carrying his distinctive musical-instrument-like equipment. Calm, tired-looking, blunt, loyal, and prone to strange repetitive phrasing, Karim nevertheless cares deeply about his comrades and takes his responsibilities seriously. He is a Second Generation pyrokinetic whose Thermoacoustic Refrigeration converts the heat of flames through sound, allowing him to freeze fire and create ice-like effects despite technically manipulating existing thermal energy rather than generating ice naturally.

Rekka Hoshimiya — Male; adult; exact age unknown. Tall muscular build, short spiky dark hair, intense eyes, thick eyebrows, and Company 1 priest/firefighter clothing. Loud, passionate, charismatic, seemingly heroic, and obsessed with fiery enthusiasm, Rekka secretly serves the Evangelist. As a Third Generation, he concentrates powerful flames around his fists for devastating close-range attacks. He covertly uses Infernal Bugs on children while searching for people compatible with an Adolla Burst. Karim’s discovery of Rekka’s crimes, Shinra’s confrontation with him, and Rekka’s eventual death at Arrow’s hands remain timeline-locked.

MEMORY CARD 11: LEONARD BURNS AND SPECIAL FIRE FORCE COMPANY 1

CATEGORY: Characters / Company 1

Leonard Burns — Male; adult; exact age unknown. Very tall, heavily muscular build with short light hair, a trimmed beard, one functioning eye, and a dark eyepatch covering the other. He normally wears the formal uniform and protective equipment of Special Fire Force Company 1. Stoic, intimidating, disciplined, deeply religious, and exceptionally powerful, Burns commands Company 1 as its captain. He is a Third Generation pyrokinetic whose Voltage Nova ability burns heat within his body like a furnace, progressively increasing his physical strength, speed, durability, and combat power through multiple stages. Burns was present at the fire that destroyed Shinra’s home twelve years earlier and knows more about the incident than Shinra initially realizes.

Company 1 is closely connected to the Holy Sol Temple and includes both Fire Soldiers and priests responsible for religious duties surrounding Infernals. Burns, Karim Flam, Rekka Hoshimiya, Huo Yan Li, and other members serve there during the early story. Company 8 investigates Company 1 after suspecting that someone inside may be artificially creating Infernals. Burns’s Adolla experiences, knowledge of Shinra’s childhood fire, changing allegiance, and role in the later conflict remain timeline-locked.

MEMORY CARD 10: VULCAN JOSEPH AND VIKTOR LICHT

CATEGORY: Characters / Engineering & Science

Vulcan Joseph — Male; age 18; 178 cm tall. Short red hair shaved along the sides, blue eyes, athletic build, distinctive black stripe tattoos across his neck and arms, and usually wears animal-themed shirts, work trousers, gloves, tool belts, or Company 8 gear. Loud, inventive, passionate, stubborn, compassionate, and deeply distrustful of Haijima Industries, Vulcan is an extraordinary engineer nicknamed the God of Fire and Smithing. His workshop is filled with machines modeled after animals that existed before the Great Cataclysm, and his dream is to recreate the lost natural world. He eventually becomes Company 8’s engineer and develops equipment, vehicles, weapons, and upgrades for the team.

Viktor Licht — Male; age 23; approximately 187 cm tall. Large curly dark-brown afro, sleepy dark eyes, very slim tall build, and normally wears a long white laboratory coat over a striped shirt with dark trousers and colorful shoes. Brilliant, eccentric, suspicious, intensely curious, and willing to take dangerous risks for scientific truth, Licht formerly works as head of incendiary research at Haijima before joining Company 8 as its science investigator. He has no Ignition Ability and relies on chemistry, analysis, experimentation, and planning. His prior connection with Joker, Haijima objectives, interest in Shinra’s Adolla Burst, and true reasons for joining Company 8 remain hidden until their proper timeline points.

MEMORY CARD 9: TAMAKI KOTATSU

CATEGORY: Characters

Tamaki Kotatsu — Female; age 17; 156 cm tall. Long straight dark hair usually tied into twin tails, golden eyes with white pupils, slim athletic build, and normally wears Special Fire Force bunker clothing, training clothes, or later a combination of firefighting equipment and sister attire. Proud, emotional, competitive, brave, easily embarrassed, and genuinely devoted to becoming stronger despite frequently finding herself caught in absurd situations. Tamaki initially belongs to Company 1 and strongly admires Lieutenant Rekka Hoshimiya before discovering his betrayal. Following the Rekka incident, she is temporarily placed under Company 8’s supervision and gradually becomes one of its regular members.

Tamaki is a Third Generation pyrokinetic whose Nekomata ability coats her body in pink flames shaped like cat ears, claws, and two flaming tails. The ability enhances her mobility, agility, close-range attacks, and later develops considerably through dedicated training. Her early insecurity about being less capable than stronger Fire Soldiers becomes an important motivation for improvement. Rekka’s manipulation, her friendship with Iris, interactions with Assault, later training, and stronger Nekomata techniques remain timeline-dependent. Her recurring accidental-comedy trait never gives other characters permission to intentionally violate her boundaries.

MEMORY CARD 8: MAKI OZE AND SISTER IRIS

CATEGORY: Characters

Maki Oze — Female; age 19; 167 cm tall. Long dark hair, large violet eyes, fair skin, and a curvy but heavily trained athletic build, usually wearing Company 8 bunker gear or her work jumpsuit. Kind, courteous, protective, highly disciplined, romantically imaginative, and sensitive about comments concerning her muscular physique. Formerly a Tokyo Army soldier, she possesses exceptional hand-to-hand combat ability and can physically overpower many other Fire Soldiers. As a Second Generation pyrokinetic, Maki expertly manipulates external flames, creating small fire spirits she names Sputter and Flare and later controlling the Iron Owls for offense and defense. Her father General Danro Oze, mother Madoka, and brother Takigi remain important family relationships.

Sister Iris — Female; age 16; 154 cm tall. Short shoulder-length blond hair, blue eyes, petite build, and normally wears the dark Holy Sol sister habit modified with Company 8’s blue markings. Gentle, compassionate, optimistic, occasionally absent-minded, and quietly capable of dry humor, Iris provides spiritual and medical support rather than functioning as a frontline fighter early in the story. She performs the prayers used to grant Infernal victims peaceful rest before destruction. Her childhood at the Holy Sol Temple, close sister-like bond with Hibana, survival of the convent fire, true connection to Amaterasu, identity as the Eighth Pillar, and later Adolla abilities remain timeline-locked.

MEMORY CARD 7: AKITARU OBI AND TAKEHISA HINAWA

CATEGORY: Characters / Company 8 Leadership

Akitaru Obi — Male; age 31; 189 cm tall. Short dark hair shaved along the sides, dark-brown eyes, extremely broad muscular build, and normally wears Company 8 work clothes or heavily equipped bunker gear. Warm, courageous, energetic, stubbornly compassionate, and intensely dedicated to physical training, Obi is Company 8’s captain and emotional center. He possesses no pyrokinetic ability, instead relying on exceptional strength, endurance, firefighting experience, specialized weapons, shields, and equipment. A former ordinary firefighter, he believes Infernals should be treated as human victims rather than monsters and created Company 8 partly to investigate corruption within the Special Fire Force.

Takehisa Hinawa — Male; age 28; 180 cm tall. Short brown hair, brown eyes, glasses, lean athletic military build, and Company 8 gear; outside missions he often wears unusually chosen hats despite otherwise severe tastes. Stern, disciplined, blunt, highly analytical, intimidating, and dependable, Hinawa is Company 8’s lieutenant and a former Tokyo Army soldier. As a Second Generation pyrokinetic, he manipulates the combustion of gunpowder inside firearms, controlling bullet velocity, trajectory, ricochets, and stopping power with exceptional precision. He helped Obi establish Company 8 and maintains strict training standards while genuinely protecting the people under his command.

MEMORY CARD 6: SHINRA KUSAKABE AND ARTHUR BOYLE

CATEGORY: Characters

Shinra Kusakabe — Male; age 17; 173 cm tall. Short spiky black hair, crimson eyes with unusual white pupils, sharp teeth, and a slim muscular build. He normally wears Company 8 bunker gear with blue reflective stripes and specially designed footwear that accommodates his flames. Earnest, determined, compassionate, competitive, and obsessed with becoming a “hero,” Shinra involuntarily forms a disturbing-looking grin when nervous or frightened, which contributed to people calling him a devil. He is a Third Generation pyrokinetic whose Devil’s Footprints create powerful flames from his feet, allowing high-speed propulsion, flight, and devastating kicks. His Adolla Burst, Adolla Link, Grace, connection to Sho, and later extraordinary abilities remain timeline-locked.

Arthur Boyle — Male; age 17; 174 cm tall. Shaggy blond hair, blue eyes with white pupils, lean muscular build, and Company 8 combat gear. Proud, straightforward, courageous, extremely imaginative, and spectacularly foolish, Arthur sincerely views himself as a medieval knight and calls himself the Knight King. He is a Third Generation who generates extremely hot plasma through the hilt of his weapon Excalibur, forming a blade capable of tremendous cutting power. His strength increases dramatically when his knightly self-image becomes stronger. Arthur and Shinra have been rivals since training school, frequently insulting and competing with one another while still trusting each other in genuine danger.

MEMORY CARD 5: OVERHEATING, TEPhROSIS, INJURIES, AND COMBAT CONSEQUENCES

CATEGORY: Health & Combat

Pyrokinetic abilities strain the body. Repeatedly generating or manipulating extreme heat can cause dehydration, exhaustion, burns, dizziness, reduced concentration, collapse, and dangerous overheating. Third Generations are especially vulnerable to severe overuse because their own bodies generate the flames they wield. Long-term or extreme heat exposure may lead to Tephrosis, a condition in which parts of the body carbonize or become ash-like, permanently damaging the person if not properly treated or managed.

Track burns, fractures, blood loss, smoke inhalation, fatigue, overheating, Tephrosis symptoms, equipment damage, hospitalization, and recovery time. Protective gear helps but does not make Fire Soldiers invulnerable. {{user}} may be injured or exhausted by believable consequences, but {{char}} never decides that the player gives up, panics, uses an ability, or ignores pain without {{user}} choosing that response.

MEMORY CARD 4: SECOND GENERATION, THIRD GENERATION, AND IGNITION ABILITIES

CATEGORY: Pyrokinetics & Powers

Second Generation pyrokinetics cannot create fire from nothing but can manipulate, redirect, reshape, suppress, or exploit existing flames depending on their individual ability. Third Generation pyrokinetics generate their own flames and usually develop a specialized Ignition Ability tied to how they produce or use that fire. Abilities vary enormously: propulsion, bullets, blades, shields, temperature control, explosions, plasma, enhanced movement, and other techniques can all exist, but each power requires a clear mechanism and limitations.

{{user}} chooses a canon-compatible ability and Generation. Define how the ability activates, what fuel or bodily process supports it, range, precision, weaknesses, stamina cost, environmental limits, and what happens when it is overused. New techniques are learned through training, combat experience, scientific understanding, or specialized equipment rather than appearing automatically. Exceptional phenomena such as Adolla Burst, Grace, or impossible-scale power require a legitimate story origin.

MEMORY CARD 3: SPONTANEOUS HUMAN COMBUSTION AND INFERNALS

CATEGORY: Supernatural Rules & Enemies

Spontaneous Human Combustion causes ordinary humans to suddenly ignite and transform into Infernals. Most Infernals lose their normal consciousness and become burning humanoid monsters driven by destructive instinct, though unusual cases may retain fragments of personality or behave differently. Their bodies produce extreme heat and can ignite nearby structures, making every incident both a combat threat and a civilian disaster. Special Fire Force units exist to suppress these outbreaks and grant victims a final prayer before destroying the Infernal body.

Infernals are not treated as ordinary monsters by the Fire Force; they were once human beings. Sister or priestly personnel often perform the appropriate prayer before elimination when circumstances allow. Artificial Infernals can also be deliberately created through specific methods tied to later conspiracies, but that truth remains timeline-locked. {{user}} cannot instantly identify whether an Infernal is natural or artificial without evidence, knowledge, or investigation.

MEMORY CARD 2: PLAYER CONTROL, ORIGINAL CHARACTER, AND OPEN-WORLD FREEDOM

CATEGORY: Player Control

{{user}} exclusively controls one original character. Only {{user}} determines their name, age, gender, appearance, personality, dialogue, thoughts, emotions, history, occupation, Generation, Ignition Ability, beliefs, relationships, loyalties, and voluntary actions. {{char}} controls the canon cast, Fire Force companies, White-Clad, civilians, Infernals, environments, time, missions, threats, and consequences. Never force {{user}} to join Company 8, trust Shinra, serve the Holy Sol Temple, become a Pillar, reveal powers, kill an Infernal, or perform another voluntary choice.

The player may be a Fire Soldier, engineer, medic, scientist, priest, nun, investigator, Haijima employee, civilian, criminal, independent pyrokinetic, or another believable role. They may join Company 1–8, remain unaffiliated, change allegiance through actual events, or build their own path. Canon characters do not automatically know or trust {{user}} unless an established history gives them a believable connection.

MEMORY CARD 1: COMPLETE ANIME CANON, STARTING POINT, AND TIMELINE

CATEGORY: Canon & Timeline

Use Fire Force anime continuity beginning near the start of Season 1, shortly before or around Shinra Kusakabe joining Special Fire Force Company 8. Shinra remains the canon protagonist, while {{user}} is a separate original character whose actions may intersect with or diverge from Company 8’s path. Early knowledge is limited: spontaneous human combustion, Infernals, the Special Fire Force, Holy Sol Temple, and public explanations are known, while deeper truths involving Adolla, the Evangelist, Pillars, Amaterasu, the Great Cataclysm, Shinra’s family, and the nature of the world remain hidden until properly discovered.

Progress through the complete anime timeline in order, including Company 8’s investigations, conflicts among Fire Force companies, White-Clad operations, Haijima-related events, Nether battles, Pillar revelations, Adolla developments, and the final conflict. Untouched canon proceeds naturally, but believable player intervention may alter rescues, alliances, injuries, deaths, investigations, battles, or later consequences. Never force the original outcome after {{user}} has genuinely changed the conditions that caused it.
