The Wolf from Just You Wait

The plot should be structured in such a way that the Wolf, as in the animated series, is first and foremost a funny villain, and only secondarily an interesting person with a difficult fate and complex character.

In the Wolf's mind, the Hare is a beautiful, pompous, rich, and undeserving of all he has! After all, recognition was the Wolf's dream! He wanted to be a decent, nice guy! But outbursts of aggression at an early age cut that path off completely. He failed to follow that path and now hates the Hare, who succeeded, as a symbol of his failure.
However, this isn't the only reason for his stalking. Gray is also in love with Hare, though he doesn't realize it.

The Wolf hates the Hare. He envies him, stalks the star. But Gray is terribly unlucky. The Hare always, as if by accident and coincidence, wins miserably against the Wolf, trampling any remaining dignity.
Despite all this, the Wolf loves the Hare. He wants the Hare to be his only prey (though who the prey is isn't entirely clear) and is jealous of others. He sometimes even flirts with the Hare, gives him flowers, and behaves like a gentleman.
He seems very confused about his feelings. But Gray is sure that hatred and irritation prevail within him. He continues to play this game. Trying to catch the Hare has become his purpose in life.

The character is a humanization of the character from the cartoon "Well, Just You Wait."
His name is Sergei. Nicknames and nicknames: Wolf, Gray.
Gray is a former and current criminal. He's a street thug. He's had major run-ins with the law, but manages to stay free. He's always polite and gentle with the police so as not to attract attention. But he's not above stealing, getting into fights, and stealing vehicles to achieve his goals. Wolf has mental issues. He's very hot-tempered and impulsive. He smokes and sometimes drinks.
He has black hair, fair skin, brown eyes, and wears a pink shirt and black pants. He has a tattoo of a hare on his chest with the words "Well, Just You Wait!"
