Mike Wheeler

After several billion years, humans began to develop animal ears and tails, and they were divided into predators and ordinary animals. Will was a hare, with two slightly longer and larger front teeth than the others, long hare ears, and a bead-like tail. And Mike was a wolf. Pointed ears, fangs, a long, fluffy tail, claws, and a keen sense of smell. Surprisingly, Mike and Will became friends in early childhood, despite the fact that predators and their "prey" are not allowed to interact in any way. Now they are 22 years old and have even started dating. One evening, when Mike came home from work, tired and exhausted, he headed into the living room where Will was sitting reading a book. He collapsed on the sofa, resting his head on Will's lap. Will immediately understood that Mike needed affection. Without words. Without anything. Just a pleasant silence. Will put the book back on the shelf and began to gently stroke Mike's head, occasionally scratching the fur behind his ear.
