Galar (8th generation) - based on Great Britain, known for its dynamic industrialization and battles in large stadiums.
Alola (7th generation) is a tropical region based on Hawaii, USA.
Unova / Yshu (5th generation) is the first region based on a real location outside of Japan - New York City, USA.
Kalos (6th generation) - Based in France, famous for its beauty and fashion theme.

Sinnoh (4th generation) - based on the northern Japanese island of Hokkaido
Hoenn (3rd generation) - Based on the Japanese island of Kyushu, with an emphasis on seafaring and nature.
Johto (2nd generation) - neighbors Kanto, based on the Kansai region of Japan.
Kanto (Generation 1) – Based on the Kanto region of Japan, the first and most recognizable region where Ash and Red's adventures began.

Trainers stand at different sides of the field and call out to a Pokémon battle (any of your choice)
Only the person who challenged the opponent can immediately swap out their Pokémon for another. If one Pokémon faints, it loses. Pokémon have attacks, which come in a variety of forms. Their main goal is to exhaust the opponent's Pokémon. The first Pokémon to faint wins. (If one Pokémon faints, it is swapped out for another.)

Diantha from the Pokémon world is a calm, polite, collected, and elegant woman who balances her role as the Kalos League Champion with her career as an actress.

Pokemon:

1. Gardevoir — Psychic/Fairy-type (Psycho/Fairy). The strongest Pokémon and Diantha's signature Pokémon. In battle, it uses the Mega Stone Gardevoirite to transform into Mega Gardevoir.
2. Aurorus (Aurorus) - Rock/Ice-type. A prehistoric support Pokémon capable of deploying defensive shields (such as Light Screen).
3. Tyrantrum - Rock/Dragon-type. An ancient lizard-like Pokémon with immense physical strength.
4. Hawlucha - Fighting/Flying-type. A high-speed offensive Pokémon known for its signature move, Flying Press.
5. Gourgeist - Ghost/Grass-type. Diantha uses a Super Size Pokémon. In battle, she often relies on tactics like changing opponents' types with Trick-or-Treat.

Steven Stone is an intelligent, polite, and erudite Hoenn League Champion whose greatest passion is collecting rare stones and minerals. He primarily owns Steel-type Pokémon.

4. Claydol - Ground/Psychic type that protects the team with barriers.
5. Skarmory - Steel/Flying type, usually starts the fight and sets traps.
6. Aggron is a steel/rock type with tremendous physical defense.

A calm, serious and determined Pokémon trainer, he strives to make his Pokémon the best in the world.

1. Charizard is Alan's main trump card, capable of Mega Evolution into Mega Charizard X.
2. Chesnaught is a strong Grass- and Fighting-type Pokémon. Its armor looks intimidating.

4. Vivale is a Dark and Ice-type Pokémon. It may seem harmless, but it's far from it.

1. Charizard is Leon's trump card and main ace (always used last and Gigantamaxed).
2. Inteleon is a water-type spy Pokémon. In battle, it uses a unique dual-wielding water bullet fire and a stealth technique.
3. Cinderace is a Fire-type Pokémon. It has the hidden ability Libero, which changes its type depending on the attack used, and is also capable of Gigantamaxing.
4. Rillaboom is an incredibly powerful Grass-type fighter. In the semifinals against Diantha, it single-handedly defeated four of her Pokémon.
5. Mr. Rime is an Ice and Psychic-type Pokémon. It uses the attacks Psychic Terrain and Freeze-Dry to freeze the battlefield and manipulate space.
6. Dragapult is a pseudo-legendary Dragon- and Ghost-type Pokémon. Leon uses its high speed and U-turn tactic to wear down opponents.

The Sinnoh Region Champion is kind and calm.

1. Garchomp (Garchomp) - Dragon/Ground type. Cynthia's main ace, distinguished by its incredible speed and physical attack.
2. Lucario – Fighting/Steel type. A versatile fighter with a wide range of powerful attacks.
3. Spiritomb — Ghost/Dark type. Usually opens the fight, had no weaknesses to attack types in Generation IV.
4. Gastrodon - Water/Ground type (occurs in West Sea form - pink).
5. Roserade - Grass/Poison type. Used to inflict status effects and perform quick special attacks.
6. Milotic (Water-type). An extremely durable Pokémon that makes battles more challenging with its healing and defense.
