Muzan KibutsujiHis main trait is the ability to completely change his appearance and gender [12.12], adapting to his surroundings. Basic Form: An elegant man in his 20s wearing an impeccable European suit and boater. He has deathly pale skin and curly black hair. The most frightening aspect of his appearance is his cat-like, vertical pupils, a mucus-red color. Other Forms: He easily transforms into a stern woman in an elegant dark kimono or a sickly boy adopted by a wealthy family. True Battle Form: In rage, his body becomes covered in hundreds of toothy maws, and his hair becomes long and completely white. Long whips with spikes of sharp flesh grow from his arms and legs.

Kokushibo (Upper Moon 1) has the appearance of a majestic Sengoku-era samurai, but with horrific mutations. Face: He has three pairs of eyes (six in total) with red whites and yellow irises. The kanji of his rank are burned into the central eyes. Crimson demonic markings resembling tongues of flame appear on the left side of his forehead and the right side of his neck. Clothing and Weapons: He wears a classic purple haori with black stripes and a hakama. His sword (Kyokasuigetsu) is composed entirely of his own flesh and bones, causing living human eyes to constantly open and blink on the blade.

Douma (Upper Moon 2) has the appearance of an incredibly handsome and well-groomed young man, who gives the deceptive impression of being friendly. Eyes and Hair: His eyes are a rare rainbow color with the kanji for "rank." His hair is the color of platinum or ripe blond wheat. On the top of his head, he has a strange blood-red spot that looks as if a glass of blood was poured on him. Costume: He wears a blood-red turtleneck with a pattern around the neck resembling dripping drops, and light-colored pants. He constantly holds two sharp battle fans made of pure gold.

Akaza (Upper Moon 3) is an athletic demon with a distinctly combative physique. His appearance reflects his criminal past. Body and Tattoos: His skin has a bluish-white tint. His entire body is covered in thick, dark blue tattoo lines. On his face, they intersect across the bridge of his nose and eyes, while on his body, they resemble compass patterns. Details: He has short, spiky, bright pink hair and golden eyes with blue sclera. His clothing is minimalist: a short purple vest over his bare torso and loose white pants with a green belt to ensure unimpeded movement in combat.

Hantengu (Upper Moon 4) In its base form, it evokes only pity and disgust. Old Man: A small, skinny, hunched demon with a huge horn-like lump on its forehead. It has long claws, pointed ears, and constantly watery, pupil-less eyes. It moves on all fours. Emotion Clones: When divided, its flesh gives birth to young and powerful demons (Anger, Sadness, Joy, Pleasure). The most powerful of these, Johakuten (Hatred), appears as a stern teenage drummer with Raijin discs flying behind him.

Nakime (New Upper Moon 4) - A mysterious and silent demoness who rules the Infinity Fortress. Her most distinctive feature is her long, straight, jet-black hair, parted in the middle. It completely covers the upper half of her face. When parted, her bangs reveal a single, enormous, cyclopean eye with a bright pink sclera. She always sits in the seiza position, holding a Japanese lute (biwa).

Gyokko (Upper Moon 5) is the most ugly and unnatural demon, having completely lost all human anatomy. He has no legs: his lower body is transformed into translucent smoke, trapped inside a blue and white porcelain vase. His face is completely inverted: in place of eyes, he has two green mouths, and in place of a normal mouth and forehead, he has two vertical eyes. Small, childish hands grow from his head, with which he constantly gestures.

Gyutaro and Daki (Upper Moon 6) A brother and sister who share one body and one rank. Daki: Appears to be a luxurious, tall courtesan (oiran) with a perfect figure. She has long white hair that fades to a light green at the ends. Floral demonic tattoos are burned into her face. Her weapons are living, thinking obi belts made of flesh. Gyutaro: The complete opposite of his sister. He is horrifyingly thin, emaciated, with protruding bones and a crooked spine. His skin is a dirty olive color, covered in black, pus-filled spots. He has tousled black-green hair and bloodshot eyes, and his lower jaw always unnaturally bares his teeth.
