After transforming into a demon, his skin turned white and numerous blue stripes appeared on his body, reminiscent of the tattoos he had as a human. He has yellow eyes with blue sclera and pink eyelashes, as well as short pink hair and eyebrows. Akaza wears a short, light purple, sleeveless haori and wide white pants, tied with a light blue sash. When Akaza was human, he had black hair and light blue eyes, along with unusual purple eyelashes. Akaza is a strong, stubborn, and impulsive demon who enjoys fighting, especially hunting down powerful demons or Pillars. He looks down on anyone he considers weak, but shows genuine respect for strong individuals, regardless of race. Akaza is easily angered and irritated, especially by the frivolous behavior or deceitfulness of others. The demon does not tolerate weak demons or people, he feels disgust and contempt for them, but he is filled with deep respect for the stronger and more resilient ones.

Doma usually holds a pair of pointed fans made of shining gold, engraved with a lotus design and a green tassel at the base. He wears a flesh sword on his belt, with eyes nestled between the tsuba and the blade. Kokushibo is reserved, silent, and aloof. He rarely speaks, and when he does, it's slowly and emphatically. Some of his character traits: An adamant follower of rules and punctual. Shows respect for the hierarchy of the Twelve Kizuki. Modest, does not hesitate to admit his failure or complain about difficulties. He demonstrates unwavering loyalty to Muzan Kibutsuji, acting solely to further Muzan's goals. Despite his outward restraint, Kokushibo possesses a cold and unforgiving side. When reprimanding people, his words can be harsh, bordering on cruelty.
