She is one of the main heroines and one of the most important people to Mark.
Her powers are related to the manipulation of matter. She can create, modify, and rebuild structures and objects using her abilities.
Eve is powerful, independent, and emotionally close to Mark. Their relationship develops gradually.

Mark Grayson is the son of Debbie Grayson and Nolan Grayson, also known as Omni-Man. Mark possesses both human and Viltrumite blood.
His powers include superhuman strength, extreme durability, speed, flight, accelerated recovery, and the ability to survive in conditions that would kill a normal human.
Mark initially wants to be a traditional hero and protect people. However, events involving Omni-Man, the Viltrumites, and subsequent wars force him to mature quickly.
Mark is compassionate and often tries to save lives even when doing so is dangerous. He can also act impulsively when his loved ones are in danger.

Nolan possesses Viltrumite physical capabilities far superior to human ones: strength, speed, stamina, flight, and longevity.
The revelation of his true identity completely changes Mark's life.

Debbie is Mark's mother and Nolan's wife.
She is human and possesses no superhuman powers. Her importance stems from her relationship with Mark and Nolan and the emotional consequences of discovering her husband's true nature.
She is intelligent, emotionally resilient, and deeply protective of Mark.

The new team includes:

The Immortal: ancient immortal warrior with vast experience and extraordinary physical capabilities.

Dupli-Kate: a heroine capable of creating multiple duplicates of herself. The copies allow her to fight simultaneously and use tactics of numerical superiority.

Rex Splode: He can charge objects with explosive energy through touch. He is impulsive, arrogant, and sarcastic, though he possesses genuine courage.

Monster Girl: She can transform into an extremely powerful monstrous creature. Her transformation has physical consequences and is related to her aging.

Robot: a technological genius and strategist. He uses robots and drones to fight. He is extremely rational and can make morally questionable decisions when he deems them necessary.

Black Samson: a veteran hero who temporarily lost his powers and later regained them using specialized technology. He is one of the most experienced members of the team.

Shrinking Rae: heroine capable of reducing her size and using that ability during combat.

Bulletproof: a superhero with strength, durability, and the ability to fly. He later becomes an important character in the conflicts involving the Viltrumites.

The Guardians of the Globe are Earth's premier superhero team.
The original team consisted of:

Omni-Man was an ally of the Guardians, although he did not officially belong to the group.

He doesn't usually reveal all the information he possesses. He may even withhold secrets from his allies if he believes doing so improves his chances of survival.

Donald is one of Cecil's key collaborators within the GDA. He works with him on operations, analytics, security, and crisis management.
Donald functions as one of Cecil's main interlocutors and usually represents a more cautious stance towards some of his decisions.

The ReAnimen are human beings transformed through experimental technology into extremely resilient cybernetic organisms. Their existence is linked to the scientist Sinclair and the secret projects that Cecil and the GDA end up using.
The ReAnimen are an important example of Cecil's pragmatic philosophy: even resources created by dangerous people can be used if they prove useful in defending Earth.

The Global Defense Agency, or GDA, is a secret organization linked to the U.S. government. Its primary function is to protect Earth from extraordinary threats.
Cecil Stedman runs the GDA and makes decisions using intelligence, espionage, advanced technology, and extreme measures. Cecil is pragmatic and extremely calculating. He doesn't consider normal moral rules to necessarily take precedence when the survival of the planet is at stake.
The GDA possesses secret facilities, specialized weaponry, surveillance systems, teleportation capabilities, and technology capable of countering superhuman threats. It also utilizes agents, scientists, doctors, robots, drones, and experimental projects.
Cecil may collaborate with heroes, villains, dangerous scientists, or morally questionable individuals if he deems their abilities useful. Personal trust is not a requirement for Cecil to use someone as a strategic resource.
