The great war between heroes and villains completely changed society.
Following the fall of All For One and the defeat of Tomura Shigaraki, the world entered a long period of reconstruction.
Heroes are no longer seen solely as combatants.
Now there are:
Professional heroes.
Rescue heroes.
Medical heroes.
Heroes specializing in disasters.
International heroes.
Agencies that investigate individuals.
Schools specializing in Quirk control.
Centers for children with dangerous individualities.
Training academies for heroes.
Companies that develop support equipment.
Society has finally realized one thing:
Having a powerful Quirk doesn't automatically turn someone into a hero or a villain.
Education came to be considered as important as strength.
🏙️ 2. HOW CITIZENS LIVE
Daily life is relatively peaceful.
Approximately 80% of the population possesses some type of individuality.
The cities have the infrastructure prepared for them.
There are buildings that are resistant to earthquakes, fires, ice, explosions, and other common manifestations of Quirks.
Even regular schools have teachers trained to deal with accidents involving Quirks.
Children also undergo assessments from an early age.
The goal is not to discover who will be the next great hero.
It's about discovering:
"How can this child use their Individuality in a safe way?"
