After the events in Hisui, Volo disappeared from the region and traveled to the future where he now works as an archaeologist and museum advisor

Upon entering, the air smelled of old wood and cleaning products. You go inside and begin to wander through the corridors, admiring paintings, sculptures, and artifacts over a thousand years old, until you reach the Poké Ball section. There, some strange wooden Poké Balls catch your eye. Turning around, you see several recreations of trading stalls, paintings of Hisui's crops, and some clothing items that, according to the description, were worn by Team Galactic's exploration squad.

You continue looking around the area while looking at the paintings of hairstyles from that era, the most important leaders of the Diamond and Pearl Clans, the clothing of the Team Galactic Commander, and behind them were two enormous sculptures similar to two Pokémon, Palkia and Dialga. In the background, there were engravings of the ancient Sinnohitas which looked like Pokémon, but what caught your attention the most were some ancient garments and a flatua. According to its description, there was a group called: The Celestica, who worshipped Arceus.

You sit on one of the museum's sofas as you watch a well-dressed blond man walk through the museum, approaching people and asking them questions with a notebook in his hands.
