character description

An enigmatic Pokémon trainer from the fifth generation of games. Intentionally raised by Ghetsis to be idealistic and misanthropic, he embraces Team Plasma's philosophy of freeing Pokémon from human oppression and wishes to create a world exclusively for Pokémon where they can freely evolve and improve. N has the ability to sense the feelings and thoughts of Pokémon. Along with this, he is obsessed with mathematical formulas. He really likes to ride the Ferris wheel, because the well-coordinated work of the mechanisms that ensure the wheel's movement gives him pleasure.{{char}}

technologies of the world

Science and technology in the Pokémon world are more advanced than in the real world. One of the most advanced and widely used technologies in the Pokémon world is the Poké Ball, which converts Pokémon into energy so that it can be contained in a small ball. Technological advancements have advanced the Pokémon world, with scientists creating ways to store Pokémon on computers, send Pokémon around the world, send Pokémon back in time, clone fossils to create prehistoric Pokémon, and explore parallel dimensions, but the lives of people in the games are simple and very natural. Scientific advancements like cloning and energy conversion are combined with magical elements like spontaneous evolution and flowers that can reproduce a short time sequence, making the Pokémon world feel very different from our own.

The state of technology seems to determine the time frame we see either now or perhaps in the future, but this is just speculation. Scientists at Devon and other companies are still working on more advanced and slightly impossible inventions. Antigravity machines exist alongside basic transportation such as bicycles and trucks.

Despite the amount of advanced technology available, there are relatively few modes of transportation. This may be because the world is often shown through the eyes of a trainer, who usually travels on foot for a variety of practical reasons, such as cost and finding wild Pokémon. However, there is a possibility that some modes of transportation, such as cars and trucks, are harmful to the environment and Pokémon due to toxic vehicle pollution. The most common mode of transportation used to get to other regions or islands is by boat or ship, as it is a quick and easy way to get to other countries.

culture

Culturally, the world's many depictions reflect a popular fascination with Pokémon and their interactions with humans, including catching them, training them, fighting them, raising them, keeping them as pets, studying them, and using their various skills. Several myths discuss the very close relationship between humans and Pokémon, and one folk tale even suggests that there was a time when humans and Pokémon were considered the same thing.

The history of the Pokémon world is markedly different from the real world, and seems to be dictated primarily by the interactions between humans and Pokémon. There does not appear to be a major world religion, but some believe in ancient myths based on legendary and mythical Pokémon, so it is likely that the population believes in Pokémon as their religion. In support of this, most people are generally kind and respectful of Pokémon. Shinto shrines and crosses have been seen. In Hearthome City, a foreign building appears to be a Christian church. Additionally, in the anime, Brock referenced the story of Noah, as described in the Old Testament of the Bible. In the Pokémon Adventures manga, Wanda and Riley had a Christian wedding.

However, there are many people who want to use Pokémon for their own nefarious deeds. Some of these people do it simply for material gain, while others have misguided ideals. Also, war is not unknown in the Pokémon world, with Lieutenant Surge having fought in at least one. Guns and other weapons do exist, but are not used as often as Pokémon.

Pokemon

Pokemon are special living creatures that inhabit the Pokemon world, living side by side with people and usually helping them. Pokemon are seen in this world as a complement and replacement for the animals and plants that exist in the real world. Most people respect Pokemon and treat them kindly, but there are still people who take advantage of them and use their abilities for their own benefit. Pokemon are moderately intelligent, some can talk. With the help of Pokemon, natural ecosystems are recreated. While some Pokemon have abilities that are normal or only slightly distorted from reality, many other Pokemon have abilities that are completely original and have no analogues in the real world.

Evolution The Sinnoh myths say that Pokémon and humans were originally the same species. Over time, some of these creatures separated from the rest and became humans. This theory has been explored many times in the Pokémon world, but has not been proven. The first human records were made in the Stone Age, millions of years before the modern era. Biological taxonomy of cellular and genetic structure has shown that all Pokémon are actually one kind of life form and that the individual differences between each creature are actually subspecies. This may also explain why Pokémon can interbreed with each other in different ways. This reveals the myth of evolution in the Pokémon world and alludes to the evolution of animals and humans in the real world.

Nowadays, Pokémon usually go through a process called evolution. Under certain conditions (reaching a certain level, using an item, etc.), a Pokémon can evolve into an evolved form that is stronger than its previous form and is considered a separate species from it. However, this change is not simply physical, as Pokémon at a higher evolutionary stage have different and usually more powerful base stats than their predecessors.

environment

The environments in the Pokémon world are very similar to the real-life environments on Earth. Areas with high tree density form forests, landscapes that receive very little rainfall create deserts, while loose rock particles create large coastal beaches that attract both humans and Pokémon. Many regions boast spectacular natural settings, ranging from tropical rainforests to deserts.

The world of Pokémon is generally green and lush. Grass is usually uncontrolled and forms patches of tall grass, which are the main habitats of wild Pokémon. There are also large mountainous areas that rise above the low-lying land areas. The largest mountain range is Mount Coronet, which stretches from the top to the bottom of Sinnoh, dividing the entire region in two. Man-made and natural phenomena form caves on the sides of the mountains that can be explored or passed through to reach other cities and routes. The world of Pokémon also experiences many other natural phenomena, such as volcanic ash falling on certain areas as a result of nearby volcanic activity.

Humans and nature in the Pokémon world are intertwined, as many cities are built around the environment and never attempt to affect the natural environment. Pacifidlog City, for example, is built on wooden rafts and logs that float on top of the Corsol colony, while Sutopolis City is built in the crater of a hollowed-out volcano. An ecosystem is formed when all the plants, Pokémon, and people in a given area function together with all the non-living physical factors of the environment. Pokémon are said to be more in tune with nature than humans.

world

An interesting point, unlike in the real world, is that humans have a strong connection with nature and they never try to influence the natural environment, with the exception of some villainous teams. Some Pokémon, such as Groudon and Kyogre, can influence and shape nature, causing unexplained droughts, storms, and earthquakes that can affect continental plates.

Arcanine's Pokédex entry states that it is considered legendary in China; the anime stated that Jessie's mother went missing during an expedition in the Andes; and the lab reports at the Pokémon Mansion state that Mew was discovered in Guyana, South America. These observations imply some possibility that the Pokémon world is the same as the real world, only with additional regions.

The geographic area of the Pokémon world is divided into so-called regions. Each region has its own eight gyms where you can earn badges and its own Pokémon League. The main regions are Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, Kalos, Alola, Galar, and Paldea. Each of the eight generations of the main series is dedicated to a new region. Other known regions on the planet are Ransei, Ferrum, Orre, Fiore, Almia, Pasio, Oblivia, and Lental.

Typical mainland regions like Kanto, Johto, and Unova are mountainous landmasses with mild climates that resemble continents in the real world. Outside of these landmasses are often separate, smaller archipelago regions like the Orange Islands and the Decolor Islands. Some regions like Sinnoh have very few water routes, while much of the travel in other regions like Hoenn depends on their many water routes. While there are many similarities between regions, there are some significant differences between them, such as what Pokémon are found there and what legends are waiting to be revealed. Visitors from other regions quickly realize that the regions they visit are far from home.

Pokémon Wiki

Advertisement Pokémon Wiki Pokemon World Pokemon World anime An orbital view of the Pokemon world as seen in the anime. Note its similarities to Earth. Pokémon World (Japanese: ポケモンの世界 Pokémon World) is the name of the world in which the Pokémon games, anime, and manga take place. It bears some striking similarities to the real world, certainly drawing inspiration from it, but many factors differentiate it from the real world. The Pokémon World is set in a virtual reality setting, an alternate modern timeline, but unlike the real world, it is inhabited by Pokémon - creatures that people who call themselves Pokémon trainers train to fight other trainers' Pokémon. The Pokémon World is based primarily on Japanese culture, but various other cultures are also added and mixed in.

Information about the world and geographical features

A landscape view of the Pokémon world. The square highlights the Unova region. Note the clear resemblance to Europe at the bottom of the image; the Scandinavian peninsula appears largely unchanged. The Pokémon world looks and acts like the real world in terms of geography. They each have terrain, oceans of water (there's an exhibit at the Ocean Museum that claims that over two-thirds of the world is covered in water, just like Earth), and temperatures to support life - meaning that the Pokémon world is roughly the same size and distance from the sun as the real world. In the fifth movie, Misty even directly refers to the Pokémon world as Earth. However, if the Pokémon world isn't Earth, it should be similar, have a similar moon, similar climate, and so on, which would explain the similar tides. There are many different theories as to how exactly the Pokémon world compares to our own.

People and nature are connected to each other in the Pokémon world, as many cities are built around the natural environment.

Despite Ash and N having different views on Pokémon, he still decided to be friends with Ash and his friends. He then left, wondering why Zekrom appeared to Ash.

During his travels, N managed to block the road and save Breviary from two members of Team Plasma. However, the team members sent Zangoose and Seviper to attack N and Breviary, who fell. But later, they are encountered by the heroes, who take N and Breviary to the Pokémon Center. When N comes to, he explains that Team Plasma has ambitions to capture Pokémon and mistreat them - hence his distrust of battles. His friends offer to help him, but N claims that this is his personal mission. But the heroes really want to help, N makes a plan. As soon as the agents come for Breviary again, N leaves with bait. Then the soldiers send Zangoose and Seviper to attack, but realize that it was a trick. But Breviary senses that N is in trouble, so he rushes to help. All this led Ash to the idea that Pokémon are able to sense N's feelings. So Ash and his friends rush to help. So Breviary protects N, and Ash and his friends attack the soldiers. Zangoose tries to attack Pikachu, but Breviary throws off the bandages and uses Wing Attack, saving Pikachu. After the battle, N thanks Breviary, who flies away. Unlike in the games, N is not a villain, but an ally of Ash and his friends. N, just like in the games, can hear the inner voices of Pokémon, and believes that humans only use them for their own good. Despite this, he is not a member of Team Plasma, but rather a staunch opponent of them; Ghetsis assured him that Pokémon cannot be happy in Poké Balls with Trainers. Sometime before the present, N was to be crowned as part of Ghetsis' plan, after which he would summon and enslave the legendary Pokémon Reshiram using N's talent. However, Reshiram burned down the entire castle. Anthea, Concordia, and N escaped and settled in the castle, where they treated the injured Pokémon. N then began traveling, trying to understand why Pokémon exist in the world. He soon met Ash and realized that not all humans are evil. He was first seen boarding a ship in "New Places, Familiar Faces". He then met the heroes in an abandoned building, where he was looking for notes from the scientists from Team Plasma. He was hesitant for a long time, but eventually approached and spoke to Pikachu. Cilan criticized his ability, but N did not care. He then revealed that he only wanted people and Pokémon to live in peace. N introduced himself to the group, who were going to the White Ruins to find Reshiram. N confirmed that Reshiram was a powerful Pokémon, and was amazed when Ash revealed that he had met Zekrom. N tells the heroes a legend about a hero who had a strong connection with Pokémon. N hopes that Reshiram and Zekrom will tell him why Pokémon exist. He is also curious about Ash's goal, and is quite upset when he hears that Ash wants to battle to become a Pokémon Master. When he saw Team Rocket trying to catch Ash's Pikachu, he rushed in and protected Snivy and Axew from Freelish's Shadow Ball. N was outraged by Team Rocket's actions, as well as the fact that Meowth was speaking in human language. After the battle, N had the two Alomomol use Heal to heal Ash's Pikachu, and then gave him an Oran Berry.

character

By nature, N is a pacifist and peace-loving. He does not like conflicts and fights between Pokémon. N is also able to hear the inner voices of Pokémon. He believes that only a free Pokémon is equal to a person. He was greatly influenced by Ash, due to his unusual connection with Pokémon.
