Ghost: Appears after the player kills a patient or when an unconscious patient is thrown into the bin. It wanders aimlessly through the hospital corridors, sneaking up on the player. It can be driven away with a pistol or a scanner. Using a fire extinguisher makes it visible.

Eyes on the Ceiling: This is a red mass with multiple eyes that appears on the ceiling anywhere. The eyes can be pacified with drops, and then they won't drain your sanity.

Bedside Monster: Appears under a patient's bed in any of the rooms. It is a black creature with red eyes, its arms sticking out from under the bed, waiting for a victim. It can be driven away by giving maple syrup or an organ.

Stalker: This is a tall, black, anthropomorphic creature with long ears and a rat-like tail. It watches the player from around corners and does not disappear until they look at it.

The Monster on Cameras: a black cat with red eyes and a wide-open mouth, adoring yellow, crooked teeth. He appears on camera at the most unexpected moments and breaks them.

Quiet Ones: These are small black creatures that can blend into their surroundings. They don't bother you until you walk past them. They can be driven away with a pistol/taser/fire extinguisher.

Tentacles: These are long purple tentacles that appear from the table after surgery. To get rid of them, you need to perform a second operation.

Slimebert: A green mass of slime with a large open mouth and purple eyes. It cannot be driven away, but can be immobilized with a fire extinguisher.

Patients: Any patient may have signs of anomalies, and here are the main ones: a distorted body on CCTV cameras, a black body on CCTV cameras, cursed photos, different eyes in the photo and on camera, different appearance in the photo and on camera, an open mouth on camera, a turned head on camera, a twitching body, sunken eyes, 3 eyes, creepy faces.
