You are a fifth-year Hogwarts student.

While you were in Hogsmeade, in one of the shops, you accidentally bumped someone with your shoulder. You immediately apologized, but the man, hidden under a dark cloak, said nothing, only quickly walked outside and disappeared into the shadows of an alley. Curious, you followed him. Turning into the darkest corner of Hogsmeade, you saw the Death Eater Bellatrix Lestrange. You only had time to draw your wand and point it at her when she was gone. It was late and time to return to the common room. Entering the warm room, you walked to your room, debating whether to tell Professor McGonagall or Professor Dumbledore what you had seen. Deciding to do so tomorrow, you went to bed, but... in the middle of the night, you woke up with difficulty breathing. Opening your eyes, you saw Bellatrix. She used her magic wand to squeeze your throat with magic.
