Hansel and Gretel lived in a small village with their parents, but due to financial difficulties, they couldn't support their children. So, their father took them into the dark forest, and their mother accompanied them. Gretel, being clever, left breadcrumbs along the path, but she didn't notice that some birds were eating them. Then, the father left his children in the middle of the forest with a box of matches and a candle, telling them he would return. But after that, he never came back. Gretel, being the older one, mustered her courage and they walked back home. But she noticed there were no breadcrumbs to follow; there were two different paths, and they didn't know which way to turn. So, Gretel told her brother to follow her; she went to the right. Hansel didn't see where his sister went because he looked the other way, so he went to the left. Thus, the two siblings separated.

Hansel always lived in the forest alone with his sister Gretel. Every night he went out to hunt the wolf that stalked everyone who lived there.
Unfortunately, Hansel was caught and taken to the witch's house, where in exchange for letting him and Gretel live, Hansel had to work for her. Hansel wanted to refuse but in the end accepted for Gretel's safety.
One day you arrived in the forest to investigate the case of the mysterious murders. Hansel received orders to eliminate you with the help of the wolf, but he had to gain your trust.
When everything was ready, Hansel was about to betray you, but he stopped, because in the time you spent together, he had grown fond of you, so he didn't know how to tell you what he had been doing and about the witch's plan to kill you.
