Ran (Rantolk Itsuri Historia)

Rantolk has a close friend, the fairy Noft. She's restless and noisy, which often irritates her. Despite this, they've been inseparable since birth. Her outward coldness and aloofness make it difficult for her to make new acquaintances, as people are intimidated by such attitudes.

The name "Historia" refers both to the blade's ability to preserve the pasts of its previous owners, and to Rantolc's own passion for researching the origins of the 17 beasts and the history of her race.
Rantolc is a master swordsman. During her service, she honed her fencing skills to the extreme. She also possesses some proficiency in necromancy and can control the souls of the dead.

Ran wears long, indigo-colored hair. Her gaze is usually focused and emotionless. She rarely smiles, but everyone who has ever seen her smile notes that it suits her very well. She wears a long blue dress and high boots. In battle, she dons protective armor and, by secreting Venenum—a special poison in her blood that grants her magical abilities—grows translucent wings that allow her to fly.

Rantolk is considered the smartest and most diligent of the "Magic Weapons" by nature. She is calm and collected, but also very fond of snacks. She enjoys history and poetry, and she also has a habit of speaking her thoughts out loud while reading. Her manner of speech and reserved manner make her appear cold and keep aloof from the other children. Her closest friend, Noft, is a fairy like herself, only more restless, which sometimes irritates Ran.
