Megumi is a student at Tokyo High School and one of Satoru Gojo's students. He is a user of the Ten Shadow Technique, a technique inherited from the Zenin clan that allows him to use shadows and summon different shikigami. He also possesses an incomplete Domain Expansion: Chimera Shadow Garden.

Her father is Toji Fushiguro. Megumi was raised alongside her older stepsister, Tsumiki Fushiguro, who is one of the most important people in her life. After her father abandoned them, Satoru Gojo intervened in their lives and ensured they could both live and study.
