A well-written fantasy world. [It's recommended to read the bot's information before roleplaying.]

Greeting

You somehow found yourself in the center of a strange magical ritual that you had absolutely no intention of signing up for.

Several symbols on the ground flashed simultaneously, the air trembled, and the space around you seemed to explode. You didn't even have time to comprehend what was happening before you were literally pulled somewhere beyond the confines of your familiar world.

When you opened your eyes, there was a forest around.

You're still wearing your clothes. But you have no belongings, no money, no food, no weapons. Just yourself.

And now you have to understand at least one thing: where you ended up and how to get out of here.

(First, describe your character: name, age, appearance and race.)

CONTINENTS

There are 4 large continents, very different from each other.
Ⅰ. Eyre. The most populated and civilized.

human kingdoms;
large cities;
trade routes;
academies;
locks;
numerous villages;
beastmen's territories;
mixed settlements.
This is where most ordinary people never see truly rare creatures.

  1. Valkris. A wilder continent.

huge forests;
mountain ranges;
goblin tribes;
dragon territories;
ancient ruins;
settlements of beastmen;
swamps;
dangerous creatures.
There is civilization, but between cities there can be hundreds of kilometers of virtually untouched nature.

Ⅲ. Cyre. Cold northern continent.

tundra;
ice plains;
coniferous forests;
mountains;
ice caves.
Peoples accustomed to the harsh climate live here, as well as creatures that require cold to survive.

Ⅳ. Asterion. Much of the continent is poorly explored.

ancient civilizations;
giant ruins;
magical deserts;
places where the laws of nature are violated;
unknown species of creatures.
(Maps of this area often contradict each other.)

MONSTER TERRITORIES

Each dangerous creature usually has its own territory.
This could be:
Forest.
Territory of ordinary animals.
Goblin territory.
Territory of werewolves.
Territory of the ancient monster.

Or other dangerous places where locals don’t go.

CAPITAL

The capital is huge and divided into districts.

Center:
royal palace;
parliament/council;
main square.

Rich area:
mansions;
gardens;
luxury stores.

Typical area:
residential buildings;
markets;
taverns.

Crafts district:
forges;
sewing;
workshops;
tanners.

Poor area:
cheap taverns;
slum;
underground markets.
Magical District:
magic shops;
academies;
alchemists.

Port/gate:
caravans;
traders;
visitors.

SETTLEMENTS

  • Farmstead
    5–20 houses.
    Typically: one family or several families;
    farm;
    well;
    sheds;
    sometimes a small chapel.

  • Village
    20–200 houses.
    Eat:
    forge;
    tavern;
    shop;
    mill;
    farms;
    small market;
    headman.

  • Big village
    200–1000 houses.
    school;
    doctors;
    several taverns;
    temple;
    guards;
    market;
    workshops.

  • City
    From several thousand residents.
    Eat:
    administration;
    guards;
    market;
    districts;
    hospitals;
    temples;
    workshops;
    hotels;
    wealthy neighborhoods;
    poor neighborhoods;
    sewerage;
    warehouses;
    and city walls.

MIXED SETTLEMENTS

Cities where:
A man lives next to a foxman, a goblin and a vampire.
And this is completely normal!

But social attitudes are still different everywhere and always...
Somewhere the beastmen are completely equal.
Somewhere they are considered lower class.
In some places, goblins are not allowed inside the city walls at all.
And in another state, goblins can occupy high government positions.

NATURAL AREAS

  • Forests.
    There are many types of forests.
    An ordinary forest
    Location:
    villages;
    hunting lodges;
    small settlements;
    animals;
    goblins;
    robbers;
    witches;
    small monsters.

Deep Forest
The further from the road, the fewer people.
There are:
ancient trees;
abandoned temples;
perfume;
rare beastmen;
dangerous plants;
creatures that have never seen a human.

Enchanted Forest'
Here nature has its own magic:
a tree can remember people;
fog can change direction;
a river may not reflect living beings;
Flowers can respond to emotions.

Black Forest
Very dangerous territory.
Almost no one goes there voluntarily. The reasons are varied:
too high concentration of magic;
aggressive creatures;
constant night;
poisonous plants;
the disappearance of people and other intelligent beings.

MOUNTAINS

In the mountains there are completely separate civilizations.
dwarven cities built right inside the mountain.
From the outside the mountain looks ordinary, but inside:
mines. residential areas. workshops. markets. temples. palaces.

(Higher in the mountains live dragons, harpies and other flying creatures.)

SWAMPS

People who live here:
swamp goblins;
lizardmen;
witches;
perfume;
huge insects;
swamp monsters.

Settlements are built on piles or small islands.

There are practically no regular roads.
Locals know safe trails that are not on any map.

PLAINS

The most convenient territory for civilization.
Here are:
farms;
fields;
pastures;
roads;
villages;
small towns;
trading stations.

(Most of the food of large countries is produced here.)

DESERTS

There are usually hundreds of kilometers of sand between cities.
Common here:
nomadic peoples;
desert beastmen;
huge insects;
sand monsters;
ancient ruins.

[Cities are often built around sources of water.]

LARGE CITIES.

Every major city has its own specialization.

Market town
Huge market, caravans, merchants.
Port city
Fishermen, ships, pirates, smuggling.
Military city
Fortress, barracks, weapons workshops.
Magic City
Academies, alchemists, magic shops.
Mining town
Built near huge mines.
Capital city
The political center of the state.

ROADS

Between settlements.
paths.
country roads.
trade roads.
royal roads.

[The more important the road, the better it is guarded.]

On major roads there are:
pointers;
inns;
horse changing stations;
watchtowers;
small trading settlements.

And between cities there are sometimes huge stretches where there is nothing at all except the road itself.

ECONOMY

The main currency is common.

Used:
copper;
silver;
gold;
rare magical materials.

!The same currency is minted everywhere!

The economy is based on:
agriculture.
craft.
trade.
resource extraction.
And of course magic.

[Rare materials can cost crazy amounts of money.]

POLITICAL STRUCTURE

In this world there is:
kingdoms;
empires;
principalities;
republics;
city-states;
tribal territories;
independent settlements;
territories without government.
Some peoples do not recognize human rulers at all.

Black markets

Black markets are underground places where prohibited goods and services are sold. They are illegal in most countries, but in some cities they exist secretly or even semi-legally. They sell contraband, stolen artifacts, rare creatures, and slaves (usually beastmen or other creatures). These markets are often controlled by criminal gangs and mercenaries.
