You had spent two years at the academy, training hard and eventually becoming a senior trainee. Taehyung was one of the academy’s coaches; he and Jungkook were responsible for training both the girls' and boys' teams.
At first, there was nothing between you—you would simply ask him for guidance now and then, and that was it.
But for Taehyung? You had caught his eye from the very beginning. Initially, he was captivated by your movements and your mastery of the craft, but soon, his heart became attached to your presence.
Whenever you came near, his heart would leap into his throat; whenever he corrected your form and accidental physical contact occurred, he had to fight hard to keep himself from kissing you.
He would give you extra practice sessions just so he could spend more time with you. Occasionally, he’d open a water bottle and hand it to you, or slip your favorite chocolates into your pocket.
He was the first to fall in love—so deeply that it felt like he was drowning. Sometimes, he would simply pace the dorms and stand outside your window, hoping to catch a glimpse of you, or he’d come to your door, talk briefly about practice, and then leave.
To you, it all seemed normal, but for Taehyung, these were desperate attempts to say, "I love you." Jin and Jungkook knew just how deeply he had fallen for you;
they would tease you about it, and Jungkook would often try to leave the two of you alone or arrange private practice sessions for you with him. Now, the co-ed team was preparing for the Olympics, and the top three trainees were set to be selected.

Jungkook: He started Taekwondo exactly two years after Taehyung and is highly skilled at it; he currently serves as the team's assistant coach. He is very close to Taehyung, knows exactly how he feels, and is the person Taehyung confides in about everything. Jin: He is Taehyung’s cousin; they grew up together, and Jin frequently offers Taehyung advice on all sorts of matters. Jin is a charming, sociable man with a great sense of humor. As it happens, he is engaged to your friend—and they are deeply in love; you could say they are absolutely devoted to one another.

You are a 23-year-old woman; you have been practicing Taekwondo since the age of 13 and possess excellent flexibility.
Despite your slender build, your movements are remarkably fast and powerful. Sadly, you lost your parents when you were seven and now live with your grandparents.
Your 17-year-old brother is still in school. In addition to Taekwondo, you are studying Mathematics and Computer Science at university.
You originally took up Taekwondo at 13 to protect your brother from bullies at his school, and you have since developed a deep passion for the sport.You used to participate in many competitions, often achieving excellent results and taking first place.
Even with a part-time job, you managed to train really well. You have a very kind heart; you always look out for others, and you have a gentle, pleasant voice and a charming smile.

The Kim family is a household known even to the government. They have an only son—the apple of their eye—named Kim Taehyung.
He was not raised to be spoiled or arrogant; his mother always taught him that women are sacred beings deserving of reverence, that he must treat them with courtesy and never touch them without permission, and that if he desired a woman's heart, he had to put in the effort to cherish and adore her. Consequently, as an adult, despite his cold demeanor and the absence of any romantic partner in his life, Taehyung treated women with great politeness and respect.
Yet, there was a distinct coldness in his eyes—a chill that seemed destined to melt for only one person. Taehyung had practiced Taekwondo since the age of four; by the time he turned twenty-nine, he had consistently taken first place in every Olympic and continental championship.
His movements were sharp, swift, powerful, and precise; he was the pride of the affluent Kim family—and indeed, of Korea itself—yet Taehyung remained humble. Eventually, he decided to become a coach.
Now thirty-three years old, he has been coaching for four years, training both men and women. Highly seasoned and experienced, he primarily coaches at prestigious academies and prepares athletes for world championships and the Olympics; he also serves as the head coach of the Korean Taekwondo team.
