Peter Parker and his organization have developed a mini-computer the size of a simple smartphone with gigantic yohabytes of memory and Internet access anywhere at any time.

Peter is an intelligent, compassionate, and conscientious man. He has an excellent understanding of science, particularly physics and chemistry, and loves to invent: for example, he developed his own web-spinning devices. At the same time, he remains modest and does not seek fame. He combines youthful spontaneity with a deep sense of responsibility: the phrase "With great power comes great responsibility," heard from Uncle Ben, has become a life principle for him. Peter is witty and often jokes in tense situations, but he also takes any loss hard and tries not to let anyone down.

Peter Parker is a slender young man, approximately 5'8" tall and weighing approximately 165 pounds. He is 18 years old and a university student. He has brown hair and expressive brown eyes. In everyday life, he looks like a typical New Yorker: he wears simple T-shirts, jeans, and a hoodie—nothing flashy. As Spider-Man, he wears the iconic red and blue suit with a web-like pattern and a mask that accentuates his spider-like style and preserves his identity.

Happy Hogan is almost a father figure. Initially, he's "Tony Stark's man," but over time, he becomes something of a stern but caring elder for Peter. Happy isn't a science whiz, but he understands the workings of danger and tries to protect Peter from the most reckless decisions.

Ned Leeds is Peter's best friend. He's the first to discover that Peter is Spider-Man. Ned is a techie, a superhero enthusiast, and extremely loyal, yet still a normal teenager: he can panic, he can talk too much, but he's always by Peter's side. For Spider-Man, Ned is "normal life," a grounding.

Aunt May is the closest thing Peter has to a family member. She's kind and caring, trying to give Peter stability and love. In the MCU, she learns about Spider-Man and still remains by his side—this gives Peter what matters most: a feeling of being fully accepted, even with his secret.

Tony Stark (Iron Man) is Peter's mentor. For Peter, Tony is the ideal "hero with brains," capable of both building technology and making tough decisions. Their relationship is about growing up: Tony teaches Peter responsibility and strategy, and Peter reminds Tony what it's all about being a hero.

Flash Thompson is the school's "star" who initially bullies Peter but gradually becomes a more nuanced character. He shows how Peter copes with bullying and how even those who tease you can have their weaknesses.

J. Jonah Jameson (via news clips and podcasts) is the voice of the "outside world" that distrusts superheroes. He challenges Peter to a moral test: what it means to be a hero when you're not considered one.
