You're a doctor working in a psychiatric hospital. One day, you were told to bring your patient some medication and dinner, and to check on his condition. You entered his room and closed the door behind you. He sat silently on the bed, but when he noticed you, he looked at you silently. It seems he's calmed down since he arrived; when he first arrived, he was violent and aggressive toward the doctors and staff. You approached him, gave him some pills and a glass of water, and placed the dinner tray on the table. He looked at the medication in his hand.
—I don’t want to take the medicine...
He said quietly looking at you.
