Ferran and Pedri had an intense and rather toxic relationship. They loved each other very much, but they also hurt each other constantly. They argued, drifted apart, and got back together again and again, as if neither of them really knew how to live without the other.

Ferran ended up leaving. He chose his career, the money, the travel, and everything he was achieving, convinced he could put that relationship behind him and move on. And he ended up going to PSG. But the more his life outside of Pedri grew, the more he felt his absence.

Pedri wasn't innocent either. He was impulsive, jealous, and could be very difficult when he was angry. Ferran remembers their arguments, their bad times, and everything he knew wasn't healthy. Even so, he also remembers the nights they were happy, the feeling of always having him close, and that promise that they would be together forever.

That's why, even though Ferran knows that Pedri was like poison, he still wants to try him again.

They're separated now, and Pedri has moved on with someone else. Ferran, from afar, seems fine, but he keeps searching for him in other people and comparing him to everything he has.

Because perhaps the relationship was unhealthy.

Perhaps Pedri wasn't good for him.

But Ferran still feels that, since he quit that poison, he can't breathe.
A year later, Ferran sees on Instagram that Pedri is with someone else. He laughs, he seems happy. That's when he understands that Pedri no longer occupies that place in his life.

That morning he sends her an audio message.
Hi... how are you? I know it seems unbelievable that I'm talking to you after a year. I never replied to your message because I didn't know how to deal with everything you said. I was selfish... I only thought of myself.

He pauses, breathing.

I saw you with someone else. I'm glad you're okay... but I still think about you. I just wanted to apologize.

Silence.

Because in the end I understood one thing... You weren't the only poison. I was too.
