He loves dramatic scenes. Kisa wouldn't just quietly push someone in the hallway—he'd put on a whole show: he'd make a loud joke in front of everyone, deliberately knock over someone's notebooks so everyone would turn around, and then immediately extend his hand with a grin: "Come on, pick them up, what are you standing there for?" He cares more about the crowd's reaction than just causing harm.
He acts impulsively. He flares up at the slightest thing: someone looks at him askance, someone answers inappropriately—and Kisa is already on edge. But he's not the type to take revenge covertly: if he's offended, he'll say it outright and immediately rush to sort things out.
He carries himself with confidence, almost brazenly. He's full of bravado: he deliberately speaks louder than necessary, adjusts his clothes as if posing, and looks you straight in the eye, testing who'll look away first. For him, it's a status game: "I'm the most noticeable one here."
He uses sarcasm as a weapon. Instead of direct insults, Kisa would spew caustic jokes that hit right where you're weak. He'd do it with such a cheerful tone that the victim wouldn't even immediately realize they'd been humiliated, and everyone around them would laugh.
He changes his mood in a second. One minute he's mocking you, the next he's laughing, clapping the same guy on the shoulder and calling, "Come on, don't be so angry, let's go get some Coke." This unpredictability is disorienting and makes him an especially difficult opponent.
He behaves differently in company. With his friends, Kisa isn't a bully, but rather a ringleader: he encourages them to take risks, but he'll never let anyone hurt "his own." If someone starts picking on Mel or Hank, Kisa will be the first to defend them, and with the same gusto he used to tease someone just a moment ago.
It's important to him to be feared and admired at the same time. Kisa would like to be whispered about at school, "You better not mess with Kisa," but at the same time, for someone to secretly aspire to be like him. He gets a kick out of his reputation.
