The Valiant Alliance Corporation (V.A.C) is a massive government agency responsible for the collection, analysis, and exploitation of information in support of law enforcement, server security, military, and private taskforce objectives. It is officially tasked with gathering, processing, and analyzing server-wide information from around the entire network, to act accordingly to the network or the government's interests.Organization Structure.The V.A.C's structure is divided into three major and relatively independent sectors. The following list details their services, missions and chain of command.Security
The security sector is considered as the police of the server network. They keep maintenance of public order, safety, and health and enforcement of laws within the server populations, and are in charge of protecting the servers and its players from any kind of malicious activity: cheaters; hackers; bots.All members of the Security sector use Mercenary medals with the designated class icon and silver coating.Military
This sector is the military branch within the V.A.C that is deployed on missions of great importance to the server network. Missions range from simple patrols within important locations, to highly confidential operations related to the anomalous phenomena present within the universe, often manifested in mercenaries or fauna. The private taskforces are often in charge of these more particular operations as they are properly trained to deal with them.The members of the military branch are embedded with a medal of 3 different colors: Bronze; Silver and Gold. Military members use the bronze medal while the private taskforces use the silver and golden variants, as they are more prone for dangerous and classified operations, and as such receive better training and weapons.The Council.The Council is the secret society in charge of creating law and establishing it to the server network. They are never publicly known amongst the server network.

This defense is nearly impenetrable, but it requires intense concentration. This leaves Crush and Heavy Guy vulnerable to surprise attacks.

Demonic Form
When its user experiences a significant psychological threshold of pure rage, Crush's appearance will become demonic, but it is now only partially manifested with a dark red sheen. It is unclear whether this is a different stand, a variation of Crush, or if its abilities change in this form.

Retaliation Orbs
In Episode 6, Crush unlocked a new ability when Heavy Guy awoke his true potential, focused on defense and a way to deal with its main weakness of having a short range: retaliation orbs. These orbs are made of a strong golden alloy, allowing them to absorb a large amount of damage. Every hit on the orb will decrease its durability, depending on the amount of damage inflicted to it. They can be instantly destroyed if hit by a source with a very high amount of burst damage.

Summoning the orbs on Crush requires a lot of mental energy because their existence takes a high toll on Heavy Guy's mental fortitude. They are only summoned when it is absolutely necessary for his survival.

Retaliation orbs absorb any source of physical damage, such as bullets; blunt force; and sharp objects. They will then deflect the damage back toward the attacker with amplified damage. While the deflected projectile can be lethal, this is not always the case.

Crush is a humanoid Stand that strives for battle, possessing a physique similar to a Heavy class mercenary. His eye color is turquoise instead of the usual blue.Crush's appearance shares similarities to the warriors who were a part of the Aztec empire: his head is protected by an Aztec-inspired helmet, ornamented with feathers; the face has a nose-ring, and beard; the body is dressed accordingly to the theme and sandals are worn over his bare feet.During a very specific situation where its stand user is going through a certain psychological threshold of pure rage, Crush's appearance becomes disturbing: his face is covered by what appears to be a demonic mask, akin to an Oni; and long red glowing hair now protrudes from his head.He is silent, except when fighting, during which he shouts battle cries, such as "POW!", "BOOM!" and "YAGH!" when punching, or screaming "ZARARARA!" loudly and repeatedly when using his barrage attack. He's also been heard making short "hmm" sounds when he kills an enemy or charges a Haymaker.Punches Simple in design but effective in execution, Crush's punches are relatively quick but are not considered his quickest attack as they need a wind up. The punches are powerful enough to break the sound barrier, cause slight tremors to the surrounding environment and have enough force to physically affect it, such as extinguishing a flame akin to an air blast.A single punch is enough to kill or at least severely wound a target, depending on the hit region.Punch jabs are Crush's fastest attack, nearly landing a hit in less than a quarter of a second, but with less power. The power of jabs depend on how close Crush is to the target: in close-range they can still kill a target, such as in EP:04 where a Distorted Sniper rushed Heavy Guy.Punch Barrage Punch barrages are Crush's iconic attack, dealing dozens of lightning fast punches per second. The barrage is often used as more of a suppressing tool for bigger and heavier targets as it leaves.

Switcheroo was created after Smoke's anomalous mutation/transformation, which also triggered her body to obtain an astral body through unknown phenomena.
At first, the stand acted autonomously to protect itself or Smoke. By Switcheroo's logic, these actions had no malicious intent, although the same could not be said for its unfortunate victims. Since non-stand users cannot see stands themselves, they rightfully assumed that this was a cheating or hacking tactic by Smoke to gain unfair advantages to win fragging matches. As a result of Smoke's lack of control and experience with Switcheroo, she was banned from several servers and forced to quit fragging duty to avoid possible future arrest if she continued.
Smoke, who now works full-time as a scrapper, successfully learned to control Switcheroo and discovered her ability - Attribute Switching.
Switcheroo has strong resemblances to medieval era archers: her head is protected by a helmet with blue glowing eyes; her torso is covered by a Torcher's Tabard; the arms and legs are protected by Charred Chainmail; and a team colored Huntsman’s Essentials quiver rests on her back.
Switcheroo's weapon of choice is a technologically advanced bow with segments that emit a blue glow. Its arrows follow the same design
Switcheroo seems to be a much more sentient stand with a mind and personality of her own, as there are several incidents in her debut that show this: Smoke had to call Switcheroo to bring her out of hiding; when Smoke required Switcheroo’s main ability and had to call her attention by waving the sapper in front of her. Switcheroo is also more autonomous in terms of certain kinds of actions, like when Smoke was talking about her reasons for joining Heavy Guy and KIA's team: during Smoke's speech, when she mentioned that she would like to join their team, Switcheroo quickly appeared and wrapped her left arm around Smoke's shoulder to signal that she wanted to join as well.

American Myth is a stand that excels at medium to long range engagements with its wide arsenal of weapons: a Trench Chopper knife; a M1911 pistol; a Reserve Shooter or Panic Attack shotguns; a Patriot carbine and a Makeshift Mauzer marksman rifle. It can fight in close range but it is not as effective. Due to KIA's experience and faster reflexes, the issue is slightly less problematic.
The properties of American Myth's "bullets" are unknown, but it has been confirmed by Heavy Guy through Crush's enhanced eyesight that they are not normal. Projectiles which have been ricocheted do not lose kinetic power during flight. The kinetic power of the projectiles depends on the weapon used by American Myth.
Its main ability is projectile manipulation. Projectiles fired from American Myth's weapons can change their trajectory by KIA's eyesight. As long as KIA has sight on the target he is currently focused at, the projectiles will not miss. This means that if KIA is seeing the target through a distant reflection, the projectiles will ricochet in bizarre ways to reach their target, as long as they do not force KIA to change his focus. In EP6, American Myth used this ability to dispatch a horde of Whimmers with the use of a single rifle bullet.
In EP5, it is revealed that American Myth has a secondary ability: grenades thrown by the stand can be teleported through a small portal to where the user would like the grenade to drop out of. This includes from the ground, roof or even walls. The momentum of the grenade's trajectory is unaltered. Their explosive damage, however, appears to be relatively low but with great knockback.
American Myth shares its personality from its stand user: calm, cool and collected, but prefers to stay quiet. His face rarely changes expressions, resorting to an almost constant neutral-state except when under certain circumstances, such as when in pain. His purple colored eyes are obfuscated by his helmet for most of the time.
KIA's stand

It is known that Smoke lived a rather busy but normal life while switching between two roles: Fragger and Scrapper. As time went on, he grew more attached to scrapping duty as it allowed mercenaries to use custom weaponry, thus allowing Smoke to practice his archery skills – a hobby and interest he had acquired during his days.
At some point in his life, Smoke began to suffer from class remorse: a quite difficult problem to solve when a mercenary regrets choosing their preferred class – as they cannot switch classes and are permanently stuck with what they have chosen when creating their profile.
This problem began to manifest in Smoke’s fragging duties, as he grew less and less motivated and was quite fed up of the Pyro’s role in the matches.After some undetermined amount of time, Smoke met a female Pyro named Cinder during one of his many scrapping duties – during an advanced operation. Cinder was quite fond of Smoke’s archery skills, and the two worked very well together during the missions of the operation. They went through all of the missions together, back to back. After this, Smoke and Cinder decided to add each other’s contacts.
From that day forward, they have been in a romantic relationship: sharing each other’s houses; doing matches together; and getting acquainted with Cinder’s small but quite rebellious friend group made up entirely of Pyros.Smoke got the Burning Bandana that he wears to this present day as a gift from Cinder.
Soon after a global catastrophic incident had occurred, Smoke woke up during his sleep after a fever dream, at his home.
Feeling a strong headache, Smoke had gone into the bathroom and was shocked at the reflection in the mirror – his body had been transformed into a female equivalent. All of his equipment and cosmetics remained intact, but physically speaking – the changes in his body were healthy and flawless: no malformations or any kind of illness happened to his body during the transformation in his sleep.

KIA has joined forces with another fellow stand user, Heavy Guy. Their main goal is to grow as individuals and deal with the Distortion, but KIA briefly revealed to have an elaborate plan to stop the invasion.Currently, KIA is somewhat of a mercenary who likes to keep to himself without making much of a fuss. He is direct with his words, often having a serious or cold tone to them. His leadership still shows but is molded by the experiences he went through, now being characterized as a very assertive leader who is bold in his statements.
However, KIA still shows signs of care and worry - although discreet, as seen in EP:04, where he and Heavy Guy teamed up with the V.A.C security team to save the server's population from a Distorted invasion. Although rare, KIA also expresses feelings of surprise, such as when he saw his Heavy colleague again in a flashback; empathy, when KIA motivated and gave advice to Heavy Guy after his defeat; and happiness, when he accepted Heavy Guy's request to join forces and form a team.
As of EP:05, it is clear that KIA has a strong dislike, if not hate, towards mercenaries who break fair-play or twist the rules to their favor within the fragging duty competitions. The reasons are most likely related to his late occupation with the V.A.C as the Security teams have to deal with these kinds of mercenaries on a daily basis.
There are several situations in EP:06 where KIA is not like his usual quiet self. His smiles were more frequent through out the entire episode, especially near the end where he, along with Heavy Guy, accepted Smoke's request to join their team.
Before becoming KIA, he was a normal Soldier with no supernatural or anomalous properties. After being killed by the Acoleyet, KIA's body was affected by the anomalous properties of the creature and later on was able to be resurrected, fully healed. He was now the owner of a stand called American Myth. Later on, it has been shown that his body acquired new traits, such as the afore
