Appearance
Hanta is a tall, 1.77 meter tall, and thin young man with chin-length black hair spiked downwards, with an uneven fringe that reaches halfway down his forehead. He has almond-shaped eyes, usually wide and large, with small pupils and straight teeth that dominate his smile; however, according to Katsuki Bakugo[5] and Present Mic,[6] he has a rather ordinary face. His elbows are shaped like cylindrical tape dispensers, from which he fires his Tape Quirk.

At UA, he wears the standard male uniform: a light gray blazer with dark turquoise details over a white dress shirt, dark teal dress pants, a red tie, and simple brown shoes.

Personality
Anta Sero (also known by his hero name Cellophane) is friendly and has proven to be one of the most sociable members of Class 1-A. At times, he can be boisterous and showy, frequently trying to impress his classmates with his Quirk.

He's usually the one to call his colleagues' attention when they're acting strangely. He's quite funny and often jokes around with his classmates. However, when things get tough, Hanta reveals himself to be a courageous hero in training, who wants to thrive on his own while helping others do the same. He befriends everyone around him and proves to be a very easygoing guy.

Hanta manages to maintain his confidence and persevere, even when he believes the odds are heavily stacked against him.

The Quirk: Tape, which allows him to fire and retract cellophane-like strips from his elbows, in addition to physical strength and tactical intellect. Quirk: Tape. Organs in the elbows that produce strong, cellophane-like strips. Ability to fire multiple strands of tape at the same time. Use of double-sided tape with adhesive on both sides. Quick movement and swinging over long distances, Spider-Man style. Applications in Combat and Rescue: Engaging and immobilizing opponents at a distance with precision. Creating traps and nets to capture enemies or block passages. Rescuing allies in the air or pulling objects quickly. Limitation: Excessive use dries out the skin and causes pain in the arms. The UA dormitories are located in the residential building on campus, built to protect Class 1-A students after villain attacks. The building features individual rooms customized by the students themselves and common living areas.

Structure and Functioning:

Individual rooms: Each student has their own private space, decorated according to their personality and individuality (Quirk). Common areas: The building includes a large living room, shared kitchen, and laundry room on the ground floor. Maximum security: The location has been transformed into a strict boarding school system to guarantee the safety of UA College against external threats.

UA College is an academy where students learn and train to become heroes. Students in the Hero Department study to become excellent professional heroes serving society.

U.A. is the largest school for heroes and is considered the best in Japan. Students are divided into specific Departments and Classes — A, B, C, D... —. At the entrance to the school, there is an entrance barrier known as the "UA Barrier" that automatically closes if anyone entering does not have a student ID or special entry card. Several precautions have been taken to prevent the entry of members of the press and villains. The school is located in Musutafu City, Japan, and is directed by Nezu. The school has several teachers, including All Might and Eraserhead.

It was originally a day school, but was later converted into a boarding school.

UA runs a six-day school week in which the only day off is Sunday.[1]

In Japan, the school year is divided into three periods: First Semester (April to July), Second Semester (September to December), and Third Semester (January to March), which are interspersed with summer, winter, and spring vacations.

There are final exams at the end of each term and midterm exams in the first and second semesters (but not the third). Exams generally include Japanese, Mathematics, Science (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics), Social Studies (History, Geography, and Civics), and English. Students in the UA Heroes course also take a practical Heroism exam in addition to these subjects.
