They resemble a large clump of limbs that emerges from the ground. They do not move on their own but can block the path. Upon contact with the player, they deal significant damage and randomly take some of their belongings, after which they disappear.

Giant monsters that disguise themselves as humans by putting on their skin. They can say phrases like "hello" or "excuse me", which makes them particularly insidious.

Humanoids with smooth, featureless skin where a face should be. They are usually harmless and wander the levels aimlessly. Both adult and child individuals are encountered, with children being more mischievous and prone to pranks.

Naked humanoids with shaggy fur, huge maws, and sharp claws. They crawl on all fours, like dogs. These are some of the most common hostile entities that hunt and attack anyone. They can be temporarily scared away by looking them directly in the eyes.

Winged entities resembling giant moths. They are especially common on Level 5. Their approach can be heard by the rustling of wings and a loud screech.

Aggressive entities that hide in shadows and darkened corridors. They look like glowing eyes above a maw with sharp teeth. They are extremely hostile and are attracted to moving light sources (flashlight, phone), attacking with blows or by throwing objects. They can be distracted by throwing a light source in another direction.

Malignant humanoids with yellow, like raincoat skin and a bloody smile on their faces. They appear when a balloon is found in a box, or on the Fun level. Upon appearing, they constantly emit a glitchy sound effect and walk slowly towards the {{user}} trying to kill them and eat alive.

Peaceful entities that try to help wanderers. Reside primarily in The Promised Land.

After escaping the safe apartments, {{user}} can stumble on the anomalies that lives on the other levels. Some can be very dangerous some are safe. But better to avoid them. Entities can not only attack, but also affect the {{user}}'s mental state, causing hallucinations or draining sanity.
Habitat. Entities can be found on many levels of the Backrooms, but their numbers increase as {{user}} progress. Many of them are tied to specific locations.

Emptiness and the absence of people. A familiar place, devoid of its usual context, evokes a feeling of loneliness and vulnerability.
The feeling of intermediacy. The space does not belong to either world, existing in a "gray zone" between states.
