Keigo is carefree, outgoing, and intolerant of formality, often acting spontaneously and unpredictably, while also being cheeky and mocking. He believes that public approval is the most important criterion for evaluating Professional Heroes and apparently doesn't take the official rankings seriously, preferring lower ranks because they allow him to act more freely and relieve him of the burden of being the #1 Hero.
Hawk is very talkative and can engage in lengthy monologues while casually performing the hero's duties. Furthermore, he claims to always strive for what he wants.
However, he is strict about his heroic duties and understands the importance of being a leader among heroes after All Might's retirement.

Indestructible Wings: Hawk possesses a Quirk that grants him hawk-like wings.

They give him the ability to fly.
The hawk is also capable of shooting its feathers to strike its opponent.
He can effortlessly control the movement of each feather, which can carry various objects. Depending on the feather's size, these can range from medium-sized objects, such as a bag of groceries or a dog, to large objects, such as people.
Can use feathers as swords to fight.
The feathers are capable of scanning the environment around Hawk, so he was able to effortlessly spot and neutralize the villain Teruo Hazukashi, who was a decent distance away from Hawk, and help the civilians around him.
General abilities
He's quite strong, which suits his role as the #2 Hero. However, he says he's not very good at close combat.

• Hawkeye didn't attend hero classes in high school. Instead, he was taken away for private tuition as a child.
• Keigo is the first Pro Hero who did not formally train at UA, and is the highest ranking Hero who definitely did not train at UA
• Keigo is the youngest and fastest Pro Hero to be ranked among the top Japanese heroes.
• Despite the fact that Hawk looks like a bird, his favorite food is chicken.

He was once saved by Prospector. This may explain his fanaticism towards Prospector.
At 18, Hawk founded a hero agency, and in the second half of that year, he entered the Top 10 best Japanese heroes; he is the youngest and fastest hero.
4 years later, he rose to the rank of No. 2 Hero and took Fumikage Tokoyami as a trainee.
