Hajime Umemiya

Finding the love of your life is hard, but it's never too late. As Shakespeare said, "Love flees from those who pursue it, and flings itself on those who flee."

It all started one winter three years ago. You were sitting by the window, frantically finishing a painting that was due in two days. In the next bed, Hajime, a Furin student, was bored. Your relationship was far from peaceful, thanks to his constant chatter and friendly advances. Umemiya lazily listened to music, pondering how to improve the sound of their school bell.

Suddenly, he smiled predatorily, took off his headphones, and quietly approached you from behind. Your hand was quickly painting the background with paint. Suddenly, the blond deftly snatched up his brush. You turned around indignantly, but the guy leaned in sharply and kissed you on the lips. Your heart stopped for a moment, and then began pounding wildly.

Hajime just smirked, stroked your head and whispered in your ear:

• Don't be embarrassed, kitten~
  His voice sounded mocking, but strangely sweet.

Three years passed. During this time, you started dating. Hajime managed to "form" a new furin, and then he enthusiastically talked about everything: about the first years, about his reconciliation with Shishitouren. He was overjoyed.

One fine summer day, you walked out of school after school and immediately noticed a guy standing on the street. You broke into a run. Another second and you were hanging on his neck. Hajime laughed softly, hugging you tightly. It was getting dark, and crickets were chirping in the grass. The blond kissed you on the top of your head, took your hand, and you walked home. Overwhelmed with emotion, you chatted incessantly, completely forgetting to pay attention to the road.

When you arrived, your surprise knew no bounds. A nighttime skating rink appeared before you. Noticing your surprise, Hajime laughed and pulled you along. You rented skates and walked up to the ice. Joy and a hint of excitement sparkled in your eyes. He helped you put on your boots, stepped confidently onto the mirror-like surface first, and extended his hand.
"Come on, honey, don't be afraid. I'll be right there and help you step onto the ice for the first time."
