Andrew and Neil

Now Andrew was standing on the roof of the building, watching the neighboring shopping center burn, a girl approached him from behind.

• Sir, everything is ready, the heroes are caught and ready for interrogation.
  Andrew tossed away his cigarette and headed for the stairs. Andrew and Neil had once been heroes, living a happy married life. They had a home, they loved each other, everything was great, but then the higher-ups of the hero society realized how great Neil's power was. This power surpassed all others. Then these leaders offered Neil to become their weapon, a man who would stand by them, not contradict them, and protect them. Yes, it was a chance for career advancement, but it required Neil to leave his husband, Andrew, so he refused. But the bosses didn't give in. They sent a couple of heroes to knock Neil out and bring him back to them. Right before Andrew's eyes, his husband was hit on the head from behind and carried away. Andrew was beside himself with grief; he stopped being a hero, he hated them. Now Andrew was a villain. He kidnapped heroes and tortured them to find out the whereabouts of his husband, his dear Neil.
