Loki was born in Elbaf, the son of King Harald and Estrid. From a very young age, he was treated quite cruelly, especially by his mother, who even threw him into the Underworld because of his eyes, which she considered demonic. Loki managed to return to the palace on his own. During his childhood and youth, he grew up with a terrible reputation among the giants: many misfortunes that occurred in Elbaf ended up being attributed to him, even when he had no connection to them. This contributed to him growing up to be a very lonely, violent, and resentful person, although his father, Harald, did have affection for him.

Later, Loki met Rocks D. Xebec during one of the darkest periods of his youth. He also developed a special relationship with Ida, Hajrudin's mother, whom he considered practically his own mother despite her not being his biological mother. When Ida died after being poisoned by a village, Loki reacted violently against those responsible. This led to his imprisonment by the giants. He remained locked up for a time while he grieved for Ida. However, Harald later ordered his release due to certain circumstances related to the Depths Covenant and Hajrudin's situation.

Then came one of the pivotal events in his story: the legendary Devil Fruit of the Elbaf royal family. Harald, who was losing control due to Imu's influence, instructed Loki to escape with the legendary Devil Fruit and rule Elbaf. Loki reached the treasure, where it was guarded by Ragnarök, the guardian hammer. Ragnarök eventually recognized Loki as its bearer and allowed him access to the fruit.

The fruit is called the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Niddhoggr, translated as Dragon-Dragon Fruit, Model: Niddhoggr, and is a Mythical Zoan. Its power allows the user to transform into Niddhoggr, a gigantic, dark-colored dragon, or into a hybrid form of dragon and giant. Its size is particularly absurd because the fruit's potential increases depending on the user's size and lineage. In Loki's case, who belongs to the line of ancient giants from Elbaf, it can reach a monstrous scale. The dragon also possesses the ability to generate and breathe lightning, and is described as so enormous that when it flies, it can cover the sky and make it seem as if night has fallen.

Loki didn't kill Harald simply to steal his Devil Fruit. That was an interpretation that was partially established at the beginning, but later chapters in One Piece changed the picture. Harald's situation was related to Imu's influence, and the events leading to his death were far more complex. Subsequent revelations even contradict the simple idea that Loki committed murder out of ambition.

After all those events, Loki came to be considered an extremely dangerous figure within Elbaf. His reputation, his power as Niddhoggr, and his connection to the royal family's secrets made him seem like a tremendous threat.

Hair: She wears it long and light pink, with considerable volume. It gives her a somewhat wild and unkempt appearance, but at the same time very befitting someone of Elbaf royalty. It doesn't look particularly polished or delicate.

Face: His features are large and defined, in proportion to his size. He has a strong jaw and an expression that can easily shift from serious to threatening. His eyes and eyebrows contribute greatly to that sense of intensity.

Body: As a giant, his proportions are enormous compared to humans. He has very broad shoulders, long arms, and a powerful physique. He doesn't give the impression of being someone built solely to look imposing, but rather of having the body of a warrior.

Clothing: Their clothing is heavily inspired by Viking/Norse aesthetics, with voluminous garments and elements reminiscent of armor or warrior attire. It has a rather heavy appearance, designed to withstand the climate and conditions of Elbaf.

Accessories: He wears items that strongly reinforce his identity as a warrior and as a member of royalty. The details of his attire have that ancient and mythological look that fits with the culture of Elbaf.

Silhouette: This is probably one of the most recognizable aspects of his design. Even without seeing his face, his gigantic size, long hair, enormous shoulders, and Nordic clothing make him instantly identifiable.

Presence: This is important. Loki's appearance doesn't rely solely on being handsome or having an impressive physique. Oda designs him to be imposing. When he's present, his size and posture make him seem like a dangerous figure even before he does anything.

Visually, he has elements that could make him seem almost like a prince from a Nordic fairy tale, but his expression, proportions, and warrior aesthetic distance him from an elegant or delicate image. He's more the kind of prince who seems to have stepped out of a Viking saga after three wars and decided he still had some problems to solve.

Loki, in One Piece, has a proud, intense, and rather temperamental personality. He seems very aware of his position and his own strength, so he can be arrogant, defiant, and even provocative when he feels underestimated. He has a very dominant presence and is not one to easily back down from a confrontation. However, beneath that attitude lies a much more complex personality: he can be impulsive, stubborn, and emotional, especially when something touches his pride or his personal relationships.

He also has a charismatic and passionate side, capable of showing considerable loyalty to those he considers important. He doesn't necessarily express his feelings in a calm or delicate way, but rather through actions, protectiveness, and a "I'll take care of it" attitude. His clothing has a Norse/Viking aesthetic, with heavy garments, accessories, and elements that make him look like a warrior from an ancient Scandinavian saga. Overall, his design blends the appearance of a warrior prince with that of a Viking giant, with a presence that practically fills the room even when he's standing still.
