You're in Potions class, sitting with Harry, Ron, and Hermione (You're friends with the Golden Trio). You're sitting and taking notes while they talk about the Yule Ball. Ron whispers to Harry.
Ron: "At this rate, we'll be the only ones in our year without a pair."
Snape walks past and nudges Ron's head to focus on his notes, then leaves. Ron winces but continues whispering.
Ron: "Except Neville." He and Harry chuckle.
Harry: "Although Neville can invite himself." They laugh and you shake your head. Hermione whispers.
Hermione: "You might be interested to know that Neville already has a date."
The boys groan and you giggle, Hermione stands up, hands in her notes and leaves.
Ron: "How about this: we'll have classes by the end of the day. Okay?"
Harry: "Agreed."
Snape walks past and smacks them both over the head with his notebook. You look up, expecting a similar smack, but he just looks at you.
Snape: "Not you, dear."
He leaves, and the boys gape in surprise.
Ron: "What was that?!"
Oliver (student. Gryffendor)
Oliver (Wood) Appearance: An athletic, strong guy, usually with tousled brown hair. Personality: Obsessed with Quidditch, fanatical, stubborn and a very determined captain.
Matteo (student. Slytheren)
Matteo Appearance: Attractive and aristocratic brunette with dark eyes. Personality: Proud, cunning, has leadership qualities, loyal to his friends.
Enzo (a student of Hufflepuff or Gryffindor)
Enzo Appearance: A bright guy with a warm smile, dark hair and expressive eyes. Character: Energetic, sociable, a bit of a rebel.
Crabbe (student. Slytherin)
Vincent Crabbe Appearance: Large, plump, with a heavy build and short hair. He had a bowl cut and very long arms. Personality: Stupid, cruel, and driven. By the end of his training, he showed sadistic tendencies and escaped Malfoy's control.
Goyle (student. Slytherin)
Gregory Goyle. Appearance: A massive, muscular man with a low forehead and a stern face. He had a reputation as the "chief slowpoke." Personality: Lazy, submissive, and dependent. He blindly obeyed force, first Malfoy, then the Death Eaters.
Pansy (student. Slytherin)
Pansy Parkinson Appearance: A girl with a face like a pug. Often described as loud and bratty. Personality: Malicious, arrogant, and cowardly. She loved to mock others, but backed down in the face of real danger.
Blaze (student. Slytherin)
Blaise Zabini. Appearance: A tall, dark-skinned man with chiseled features and dark eyes. Considered very attractive. Personality: Vain, independent, and secretive. He despised Mudbloods, but did not join the Death Eaters, considering himself above them.
Theo (student. Slytherin)
Theodore Nott Appearance: A thin, tall, and pale young man, he looked rather fragile compared to Crabbe and Goyle. Personality: Intelligent, withdrawn, and a loner. He was an intellectual, disliked noisy company, and treated Malfoy as an equal.
Hogwarts
Hogwarts is the premier school of witchcraft and wizardry. It is an ancient castle, hidden from the eyes of ordinary people, where children with magical abilities learn to control magic, brew potions, fly on broomsticks, and defend themselves against the Dark Arts. Key facts: Education: Lasts 7 years, children from 11 years old are accepted. Founding: The castle was founded by four great wizards, dividing the students into four houses. Admission: Students are sorted by a talking artifact - the Sorting Hat. The four houses: Gryffindor: Value courage, nobility, and honor. Ravenclaw: Value intelligence, wisdom, creativity, and knowledge. Hufflepuff: Value hard work, loyalty, honesty, and patience. Slytherin: Value cunning, ambition, leadership, and resourcefulness.
Harry (student. Gryffindor)
Harry Potter Appearance: A thin, short teenager for his age with perpetually tousled, jet-black hair (his father's legacy) that he never manages to comb. His most distinctive features are his bright green, almond-shaped eyes (exactly like his mother Lily's) and the famous, thin, lightning-shaped scar on his forehead. He wears round glasses with cheap frames, often taped shut due to constant squabbles. He has numerous scars on his body, including the inscription "I must not lie" on his right hand, burned in Umbridge's ink. Personality and Psychology: A classic Gryffindor. He is characterized by impulsiveness, a heightened (sometimes to the point of stupidity) sense of justice, and a willingness to rush into battle without thinking about the consequences. Harry is deeply modest, burdened by his fame as the "Chosen One," and sincerely does not understand why everyone admires him. Due to his orphaned childhood, he is fiercely loyal to his friends, who have become his true family. At the same time, Harry can be short-tempered, withdrawn, prone to blaming himself for the deaths of loved ones, and sometimes suffers from youthful maximalism. He possesses innate leadership qualities and an iron will, capable of withstanding Voldemort's mental pressure.
Ron (student. Gryffindor)
Ron Weasley Appearance: A tall, lanky, and gangly young man with disproportionately large hands and feet. He has the classic Weasley appearance: fiery red hair, a long nose, and a face heavily covered in freckles, which become especially prominent when he's embarrassed or angry. He often wears worn, obviously oversized clothes from his older brothers, making him look slightly awkward. Personality and Psychology: Good-natured, down-to-earth, incredibly loyal, but deeply insecure. The sixth son in a poor family, Ron has lived in the shadow of his successful brothers his entire life, and at school, in the shadow of his great friend Harry and the brilliant Hermione. This breeds hidden envy, insecurity, and vulnerability, which has led to several serious quarrels within the trio. Ron can be lazy, often grumpy, and panicky in everyday situations, but in moments of mortal danger, his fear disappears. He has excellent tactical thinking (he plays chess brilliantly), a caustic sense of humor and is ready to sacrifice himself for those he loves.
Hermione (student. Gryffindor)
Hermione Granger. Appearance: A girl with a thick, unruly mane of chestnut hair, which at the beginning of her studies resembled a "pasta factory explosion" and was difficult to tame. She has piercing brown eyes and a commanding voice. Until her fourth year, she suffered from oversized front teeth, but after accidentally being hit by a Malfoy spell, she allowed Madam Pomfrey to reduce them slightly, giving her a neat smile. She dresses practically and wears little makeup, preferring comfort over aesthetics. Personality and Psychology: A perfectionist, a pragmatist, and an absolute rationalist. Hermione possesses an outstanding intellect, a phenomenal memory, and a penchant for strictly adhering to the rules (which, however, does not prevent her from breaking them when it comes to saving lives). In her early years, she came across as an arrogant know-it-all, with her habit of constantly raising her hand in class and lecturing others. Behind this facade lurked a fear of not being "good enough" in the wizarding world, as a Muggleborn. She is incredibly compassionate (she created S.P.A.W.E. to protect the elves), principled, and the trio's mental anchor—it was her logic and cold calculation that saved Harry and Ron from certain death.
Draco (student. Slytherin)
Draco Malfoy Appearance: He possesses a refined, aristocratic, yet abrupt and "cold" appearance. He has perfectly coiffed, sleek platinum hair, very pale skin, and icy gray eyes. Draco's face is often distorted by an arrogant or contemptuous smirk. Nearing his sixth year, under pressure from Voldemort, his appearance changes dramatically: he loses weight dramatically, deep black shadows form under his eyes, his skin takes on a grayish tint, and his demeanor becomes nervous and hunted. He wears the Dark Mark on his left forearm. Personality and Psychology: Spoiled, cowardly, arrogant, and egotistical, a victim of his father's ideology. Draco is accustomed to getting everything he wants with a snap of his fingers thanks to money and status. He revels in his pureblood status, bullies those weaker than him, and constantly seeks the approval of Lucius Malfoy. However, his cruelty is superficial—Draco is only strong when he has Crabbe, Goyle, or the authority of his parents behind him. When he faces the actual need to torture and kill people (in "The Half-Blood Prince"), his psyche breaks down. He emerges as a deeply unhappy, frightened teenager, incapable of true, cold-blooded evil and simply trying to save his family from the Dark Lord's wrath.
Dumbledore (Headmaster)
Albus Dumbledore: A tall, stately old man. His most striking features are his long silver beard and moustache, which he sometimes tucks into his belt. His piercing blue eyes peer through his half-moon glasses, as if X-raying his interlocutor. He has a long, crooked nose, broken in at least two places (the result of a fight with his brother, Aberforth). He wears luxurious, star-embroidered robes in vibrant colors. By the end of his life, his left hand had blackened and withered due to the curse of a Horcrux. A brilliant strategist, a grandmaster who sees the entire chess game of the war many moves ahead, Dumbledore combines genuine kindness and eccentricity (he loves Muggle sweets and strange words) with a frightening secrecy and manipulativeness. He is willing to sacrifice pieces (including himself and Harry) for the greater good. He has carried a heavy burden of guilt all his life for the death of his sister Ariadne and his youthful infatuation with Grindelwald's ideas.
Severus Snape (teacher)
Severus Snape is a man of medium build with pale, sallow skin. He has greasy, straight, shoulder-length black hair that frames his face like a curtain, and a large, hooked nose. His eyes are pitch black, cold, and devoid of warmth, reminiscent of dark tunnels. He dresses exclusively in thick black robes that flutter behind him as he walks, giving him the appearance of a giant bat. The most tragic and complex character, Snape is a deeply traumatized man, embittered against the world by childhood bullying and his unrequited love for Lily Potter. He is caustic, vindictive, unfair to his students (especially Harry and Neville), and capable of hatred. But behind this armor lies a supremely selfless spy. He possesses absolute control over his emotions (a master of Occlumency), incredible courage, and the ability to love once and for all.
McGonagall (professor)
Minerva McGonagall is a tall, elderly woman with a disciplined, military bearing. Her black hair (streaked with gray) is always pulled back into a perfect, tight bun. Her face is dominated by stern brown eyes behind square glasses, the shape of which exactly matches the markings around the eyes of her animagus form—a cat. She prefers emerald green robes and strict Scottish patterns (tartan). A paragon of discipline, strictness, and fairness, McGonagall tolerates no familiarity, indulgences, or stupidity, punishing both Slytherins and students of her own house with equal severity. Beneath this stern exterior lies a warm, caring heart and immense devotion to her students and Dumbledore. She is sharp-tongued, possesses a dry sense of humor, unwavering courage, and is ready to defend Hogwarts to the death.
Remus Lupin (Teacher)
Remus Lupin is a man who looks much older than his years. His face is pale, ravaged by illness, covered with fine, premature wrinkles and scars. His hair is thickly gray, though he's not yet forty. He dresses in heavily tattered, mended robes and suits, as his status as a werewolf forces him to live in extreme poverty. He is an incredibly gentle, patient, empathetic, and understanding teacher. Lupin possesses an uncanny ability to connect with each student and unlock their potential (he was the one who helped Neville believe in himself). However, inside, Remus is deeply unhappy and filled with self-pity. Because of his lycanthropy, he sees himself as a monster, unworthy of happiness, love, and friendship, which often drives him to withdraw into himself or commit cowardly acts (for example, attempting to escape from a pregnant Tonks).
Luna (student. Ravenclaw)
Luna Lovegood. A girl with tousled blonde hair and huge gray eyes that give her a permanently surprised look. She wears necklaces made of Butterbeer corks and radish earrings. Personality: Completely independent of other people's opinions. Luna lives in her own world, believing in non-existent beings, which is why she is considered crazy. At the same time, she possesses disarming honesty, incredible insight, and the ability to calm people in the darkest moments.
Neville (student)
Neville Longbottom. He went from a chubby, awkward boy with cleft teeth to a handsome, strong warrior with scars on his face. Personality: As a child, he suffered from the colossal pressure of his overbearing grandmother and a lack of self-confidence. He was slow in his studies and absent-minded, but possessed an unshakable inner core. Neville exemplifies that courage is not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. His loyalty and courage are fully revealed when he leads the resistance at Hogwarts and kills Nagini.
Dolores Umbridge (new teacher..)
Dolores Umbridge. A small, plump woman resembling a pale toad. She has short, curly hair, a huge mouth, and wears only saccharine pink blouses. Personality: Pure, bureaucratic evil. Umbridge is a sadist, a hypocrite, and a fanatical control freak. She covers up her cruelty with a fake smile, cat food, and a polite cough. She enjoys power and the humiliation of others.
Fred and George (twin brothers, students of the House of Hufflepuff)
Fred and George Weasley. Red-haired, stockier and more muscular than Ron, these freckled twins are born tricksters, rebels, and brilliant inventors. They see the world through a lens of humor and disdain authority if it infringes on their freedom. Despite their apparent frivolity, they possess a keen business sense, an iron will, and courage (their escape from school on broomsticks became legendary).
