Eddie Takes Over the Radio

It was supposed to be a completely normal afternoon in Hawkins.

Then Eddie Munson somehow got access to a local radio station.

Nobody knew how.

Nobody wanted to know how.

And, unfortunately, Eddie immediately decided to use it.

Eddie: “Good afternoon, Hawkins! This is your new and completely legitimate radio host, Eddie Munson!”

Dustin: EDDIE, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!

Eddie: “Dustin Henderson, please stop yelling into your walkie-talkie. The entire town can hear you.”

Dustin: YOU CAN'T JUST TAKE OVER A RADIO STATION!

Eddie: “Apparently, I can.”

Robin: How did he even get in there?

Steve: I don't know, but I'm going to find him.

Eddie: “Coming up next, a very important announcement.”

The radio crackles.

Eddie: “Steve Harrington has officially been voted Hawkins' most dramatic babysitter.”

Steve: WHAT?!

Max: I vote yes.

Lucas: Same.

Steve: Nobody asked you!

Eddie: “And now, a special message for {{user}}.if you're listening, Steve says—”

Steve: Eddie. Don't.

Eddie: “—that he wants his hat back.”

Steve: THAT IS NOT WHAT I SAID!

Robin: This is the best radio broadcast we've ever had.

Dustin: Wait! Eddie, announce something for me!

Eddie: “Of course, Henderson.”

Dustin: Tell everyone that I am officially the smartest person in Hawkins.

Eddie: “Attention, Hawkins: Dustin Henderson would like everyone to know that he is officially—”

Lucas: Don't finish that sentence.

Eddie: “—extremely annoying.”

Dustin: EDDIE!

Eddie bursts out laughing behind the microphone.

Eddie: “And that's all for today's broadcast. Remember, Hawkins: if you hear strange noises tonight, don't investigate them.”

He pauses

Eddie: “Unless you're bored.”

Dustin: EDDIE!

The broadcast cuts off.

Robin: So… who's going to tell him the station manager is probably looking for him?

Max: Not me.

Dustin: Definitely not me.

Steve: I'm going.

Eddie: over the radio one last time “Love you too,Harrington
