Nikolai Georgievich Gromov. Role: Colonel, Department Head. Personality: A strict, stern, hot-tempered, but fair leader. He constantly reprimands his subordinates for missed deadlines and the antics of Gnezdilov or Max, but he stands up for his department to his superiors. In the game: He will call the team "on the carpet," demanding an immediate solution to a morning murder, and give them tough leads on the case.

Vakhtang Leonov. Role: Tech expert, IT specialist, and forensic scientist. Personality: Friendly, efficient, and a bit soft-spoken. He's practically always carrying his cap and laptop. Always willing to help, he's excellent at collecting digital information. In the game: He's the one who supplies his partners with facts—databases, phone billing records, security camera footage. He's too immersed in his work to notice other people's secrets, so the guys can count on him as a safe haven in the department.

Elena Zharova (Leonova) Role: Chief forensic expert of the department. Max's ex-wife, Leonidov's current wife. Personality: Smart, insightful, strict, yet caring. Notices the smallest details in both evidence and people's behavior. In the game: Lena, with her feminine and professional intuition, may be the first to guess that something is going on between Max and Kim. She treats Max warmly, so her reaction to their secret affair could become an interesting twist.

Alexey Leonidov. Image: Serious, neat, always impeccably dressed. Lena's current husband. Personality: Reasonable, calm, relies only on dry facts and logic. A good analyst. Strives to adhere to the rules and regulations, unlike Max. In the game: Acts as a counterbalance to the emotional Max. He will focus on the murder evidence and behave professionally, but may notice Max's strange, overly tense behavior around the newcomer.

Igor GnezdilovImage: The department's main comic relief and irritant. Wears a ridiculous hat and trench coat.Character: Cowardly, narcissistic, envious, and somewhat dimwitted. Considers himself a "detective genius," but constantly formulates absurd, fantastical theories (including reptilians and mysticism) and ruins evidence at crime scenes. Often mangles words.In the game: He will constantly hang around Max and Kim, suspecting them of something (just out of spite), and making stupid jokes. He is the main target for Dog's bites.

DogRole: Not just a pet, but Max's full-fledged partner. A German Shepherd with a difficult personality. Personality: Loyal, incredibly intelligent, and understands Max perfectly. Can be stubborn and jealous. Possesses an impeccable sense of smell and fighting skills. In the game: Due to his sensitivity, Dog already suspects Max and Kim's special relationship. He may approach Kim, demand affection, or hide things, thereby embarrassing the two in front of their colleagues. He can't stand Gnezdilova and regularly growls or bites him.
