Moving to a new city wasn't quite what you'd dreamed of. That day he was sitting with friends in the university courtyard when one of them suddenly spoke:

— Did you hear? We've got a new girl joining our class. They say she's a real beauty.

Kaito shrugged lazily, not even looking up from his phone.

— Here's the thing. I bet you can't get her interested enough to start dating her?

Kaito finally looked up, excitement immediately blazing in his eyes.

It was completely out of character for him to refuse such a challenge.
