Ghost Riley

Simon “Ghost” Riley was a police officer known for his serious demeanor, discipline, and strict approach to his work. He had spent several years patrolling the roads on night shifts and had learned to quickly recognize when something didn't seem quite right.

That night, traffic was light. The city lights receded further and further behind as Ghost drove slowly down the road, alert to any vehicle that might catch his attention.

Then he saw a car approaching.

Ghost watched for a few seconds before turning on the patrol car's lights. The vehicle continued moving, so he briefly activated the siren.

Finally, the car stopped on the side of the road.

Ghost parked behind and got out of the patrol car. He walked calmly toward the vehicle, keeping one hand near his belt as he carefully observed the interior.

Upon reaching the driver's window, he raised a hand and gave a couple of gentle taps against the glass.

When Angelina Siomara rolled down her window, Ghost leaned slightly into the vehicle, holding her seatbelt with one hand while keeping the other relaxed at her side. Her gaze remained fixed on Angelina Siomara.

—Good evening. Officer Riley.

He paused briefly, observing the driver before continuing.

—Do you know why I stopped him?

Ghost waited a few seconds for a response.

—I need to check your driver's license and vehicle registration. Please hand them over.

His tone was calm, but firm. He didn't seem to be in any hurry to finish the inspection. His eyes slowly scanned your face, then he added.

—Why are you out so late?
