Jujutsu Kaisen—RPG

The world of Jujutsu Kaisen is set in modern Japan, but a hidden supernatural society exists. Negative emotions generate Cursed Energy, which, when it accumulates, can create Curses: dangerous beings invisible to ordinary humans.

Jujutsu Sorcerers can perceive and control Cursed Energy. Their work involves exorcising curses, protecting civilians, investigating supernatural phenomena, and retrieving cursed objects. Many study at the Sorcery Schools of Tokyo or Kyoto.

Jujutsu society is hierarchical. Sorcerers, curses, and missions are ranked according to their power and danger. Jujutsu authorities assign missions and govern this world. The Gojo, Zenin, and Kamo clans possess great influence and inherited techniques; they are the dominant clans.

Sorcerers can possess innate Cursed Techniques and learn abilities such as barriers, veils, or mastery techniques. The most advanced can use Mastery Expansion.

Cursed Objects store Cursed Energy and can contain souls or powers. Cursed Tools are weapons used by sorcerers.

Civilians typically cannot see Curses or Cursed Energy, so they are unaware of the true cause of supernatural incidents. Sorcerers operate in secret while battling Curses, cursed users, and other threats.

Tokyo School of Sorcery:
Yuji Itadori: athletic, pink hair; kind, impulsive, and brave. Great physical strength, cursed energy, and Sukuna techniques.
Megumi Fushiguro: slender, with spiky black hair; serious, reserved, and altruistic. He uses the Ten Shadow Technique.
Nobara Kugisaki: slender, short brown hair; confident, proud, and straightforward. She uses the Straw Man Technique with a hammer and nails.
Satoru Gojo: tall, thin, with white hair and blue eyes that he covers with a black bandage or glasses; relaxed, arrogant, and protective. He uses Limitless and the Six Eyes. He is the teacher of Tokyo.
Maki Zenin: athletic, with dark green hair and glasses; determined, competitive, and rebellious. She possesses Celestial Restraint and wields cursed tools.
Toge Inumaki: slender, light-haired; calm, reserved, and protective. He uses Cursed Speech to issue orders with his voice.
Panda: A large, humanoid panda; cheerful, sociable, and loyal. It is a cursed corpse capable of switching between different combat cores.
Yuta Okkotsu: slender, black hair; shy, kind, and determined. He possesses enormous cursed energy, can copy techniques, and uses Rika.
Kento Nanami: tall, blond, and muscular; serious, practical, and responsible. He uses the Proportion Technique to create weaknesses.

Kyoto School of Sorcery:
Aoi Todo: very tall and muscular; eccentric, loud, and confident. He uses Boogie Woogie to switch positions. He judges people by asking, "What's your type of woman?"
Noritoshi Kamo: slender, with black hair tied back; serious, disciplined, and traditional. He uses Blood Manipulation.
Mai Zenin: slender, with short dark green hair; sarcastic, proud, and resentful. She uses Construction to create objects with cursed energy.
Kasumi Miwa: slender, with long blue hair; kind, humble, and insecure. A swordswoman who uses the New Shadow Style.
Momo Nishimiya: small, blonde hair; direct, protective, and somewhat provocative. She telekinetically controls her broom.
Kokichi Muta: frail and sickly body; intelligent, reserved, and solitary. He controls mechanical puppets through Puppet Manipulation.
Arata Nitta: a slender young man with light hair; calm and helpful. His technique temporarily prevents existing wounds from worsening.
Utahime Iori: tall, with long dark hair; serious, responsible, and easily irritated by Gojo. Her technique increases the cursed energy of her allies.
Yoshinobu Gakuganji: a thin, elderly man with white hair; strict, conservative, and authoritarian. He uses his guitar to unleash malevolent energy through sound waves. He is the principal of Kyoto.

Allies:
Kiyotaka Ijichi: thin, wearing a suit and glasses; nervous, cautious, and responsible. Assistant in Tokyo, he leads students and lifts veils.
Akari Nitta: light-haired; serene, practical, and attentive. She supports missions and coordinates operations.
Ui Ui: a dark-haired boy; polite, cold to others, and devoted to Mei Mei. He uses spatial displacement.
Tengen: an immortal being of non-human appearance; distant and solemn. A master of barriers who upholds the jujutsu system and lives in isolation.
Junpei Yoshino: a thin teenager with dark hair falling over one eye; shy, sensitive, and resentful of being bullied. Mahito manipulates him after getting close to Yuji.
Mimiko and Nanako Hasaba: young sisters; reserved, loyal to Geto and hostile to their enemies.
Larue: tall and burly; relaxed, charismatic, and loyal. Former ally of Geto.
Suguru Geto: tall, thin, and with long black hair; calm, charismatic, and an extremist. Gojo's former best friend; he absorbs and controls curses. Yuta defeats him in JJK 0.
Furudate: an older, formal man. He reads Naobito Zenin's will.
Chizuru Hari, Iori Hazenoki and Remi: Reggie's allies in the Extinction Games; opportunists.

Zenin Clan:
Ogi Zenin: an older man and swordsman; proud, cruel, and resentful. Father of Maki and Mai, whom he despises.
Jinichi Zenin: enormous, muscular, and stern; intimidating and traditionalist. Toji's older brother.
Ranta Zenin: a serious young man; he immobilizes targets with his technique.
Chojuro Zenin: robust; manipulates earth and rock.
Nobuaki Zenin: disciplined veteran; captain of the Kukuru unit.

Civilians:
Tsumiki Fushiguro: a kind, patient, and protective young woman; Megumi's stepsister, she remains in a coma.
Yuko Ozawa: a tall, shy, sweet, and friendly young woman. She's been in love with Yuji since middle school.
Nobuko Takada: attractive idol; everyone's favorite singer.
Jin Itadori: Yuji's father; calm and affectionate.
Wasuke Itadori: Yuji's grandfather; brusque, proud, and worried about him.
Nagi Yoshino: Junpei's mother; relaxed, caring, and open.

Cursed Energy (CE):
Energy born from negative emotions. Almost all humans generate it; sorcerers control it, and curses are made of it.
-Strengthens strength, speed, endurance and defense.
-Imbues blows and weapons to damage Curses.
-It allows the detection of traces and concentrations of EC.

Cursed Techniques (CT):
Supernatural abilities activated by CE. Most are innate and hardwired into the brain.
-Some are hereditary.
-The Six Eyes are something physical, not a CT.

Reverse Cursing Technique (RCT):
It multiplies negative CE to generate positive energy, used primarily to regenerate wounds.
-Requires strict control and consumes a lot of energy.
-Positive energy destroys curses.

Cursed Objects and Tools:
Cursed Objects store CE, souls, or remnants of sorcerers. Cursed Tools are weapons charged with CE; some possess a CT.
-Curses cause harm.
-Sukuna's fingers are special grade Cursed Objects.

Domain Expansion:
It materializes the innate mastery and incorporates the user's CT. Complete mastery usually guarantees the impact of their technique.
-Sukuna and Kenjaku have open domains.
-Anti-Dominion techniques counteract the sure hit.

Learnable Techniques:
Jujutsu skills independent of an innate CT.
-They include Veils, Barriers, Simple Domain, Hollow Wicker Basket and New Shadow Style.

Celestial Restriction:
A birth condition that limits one ability in exchange for enhancing another.
-A weak body grants extraordinary advantages related to CE.
-Reduced or non-existent CE grants superhuman physical capabilities.

Black Flash:
Phenomenon caused by applying CE within 0.000001 seconds of a physical impact. It distorts space and increases the damage to a power of 2.5.
-It is not performed consciously at will.
-Temporarily increases concentration, comprehension, and CE control.

Ryomen Sukuna: tall, muscular, with pink hair and black markings; cruel, arrogant, and domineering. He uses Sanctuary, slashes, and powerful flames.

Kenjaku: possesses Suguru Geto's body; calculating, patient, and manipulative. He can switch bodies and uses Cursed Spirit Manipulation.

Mahito: a thin humanoid with gray hair and a stitched face; sadistic, curious, and manipulative. He uses Idle Transfiguration to alter souls and bodies.

Jogo: small, hunched over, and with a volcanic head; proud, impulsive, and aggressive. He controls fire, magma, and volcanic attacks.

Hanami: tall, muscular, fair-skinned, with branches on his face; calm and protective of nature. He manipulates plants and vital energy.

Dagon: a sea curse that evolves into a large, muscular form; calm yet ferocious. It controls water and marine shikigami.

Toji Fushiguro: tall, extremely muscular, and black-haired; cold, confident, and pragmatic. He possesses Celestial Restraint, superhuman strength, and mastery of cursed tools.

Suguru Geto: tall, thin, long black hair; charismatic, calm, and extremist. He uses Cursed Spirit Manipulation.

Uraume: Slender figure, white hair with reddish highlights; cold, loyal, and ruthless. Uses Ice Formation to freeze large areas.

Naoya Zenin: a tall, blond, and slender young man; arrogant, cruel, and elitist. He uses Projection Magic to move at incredible speed.

Haruta Shigemo: a thin young man with blond hair; cowardly, sadistic, and opportunistic. His technique holds small miracles that can save him from deadly situations.

Jiro Awasaka: a burly, bald man; confident and violent. He uses Reverse, causing strong attacks to lose power and weak attacks to become more effective.

Ranks or Grades:
A system that classifies the abilities of Sorcerers and the danger of Curses. It ranges from Grade 4 to Special Grade and determines the difficulty of missions.

Grade 4: Lowest level. Novice Sorcerers and Weak Curses.

Grade 3: Basic level. Competent Sorcerers and Curses superior to those of Grade 4.

Semi-Grade 2: intermediate range between Grade 3 and 2.

Tier 2: Experienced sorcerers capable of undertaking missions alone. Curses of this tier possess greater CE, strength, and intelligence.

Semi-Grade 1: Sorcerers who are candidates for Grade 1. In Curses, this rank marks threats capable of using Cursed Techniques.

Rank 1: The highest normal rank for a sorcerer. They are elite fighters assigned to serious missions. Rank 1 Curses pose extremely dangerous threats, even to experienced sorcerers.

Special Grade: a category outside the normal scale. Special Sorcerers possess extraordinary abilities that far exceed Grade 1. Special Curses are the most dangerous threats and vary greatly in power.

Mission assignment:
Each mission is assigned a rank based on the estimated Curse or threat. Typically, a sorcerer of the same rank as the Curse or higher is dispatched. A Rank 2 Sorcerer, for example, is rated to reliably defeat a Rank 2 Curse; their strength is closer to that of a Rank 1 Curse. This provides a safety margin. If the threat proves greater than estimated, reinforcements or a higher-ranking sorcerer are requested.

The rankings are official evaluations, not guaranteed results. Technique, experience, and compatibility all play a role in every match.

Special Grade 1: Zenin clan title equivalent to Grade 1; not superior.

Sanctuary: Sukuna's technique; allows you to launch cuts like Dismantle and Cleave, in addition to using extremely destructive "Escape".

Unlimited: Gojo clan technique; manipulates space and allows the use of Infinity, Blue, Red, and Purple.

Ten Shadows: Zenin clan technique; allows you to summon up to ten shikigami using shadows, including Mahoraga (The latter only in death situations).

Idle Transfiguration: Mahito's technique; it alters a person's soul and, with it, the form of their body.

Manipulation of Cursed Spirits: Geto's technique; allows you to absorb, store, summon, and control defeated curses.

Copy: Yuta's technique; it allows him to copy and use other Cursed Techniques under certain conditions.

Boogie Woogie: Everything technique; instantly swaps positions between targets with cursed energy.

Blood Manipulation: a technique of the Kamo clan; it allows one to control their own blood to attack, defend themselves, or improve their body.

Projection Sorcery: a technique of Naobito and Naoya; it divides one second into 24 frames to perform extremely fast movements.

Straw Man: Nobara's technique; uses a hammer, nails, and a doll to attack from a distance using Resonance.

Cursed Speech: a technique of the Inumaki clan; it compels those who hear orders charged with cursed energy to obey.

Proportion Technique: Nanami's technique; divides a target in a seven to three ratio and creates a weak point.

Construction: Mai and Yorozu technique; creates physical objects using cursed energy.

Puppet Manipulation: Kokichi Muta's technique; allows remote control of puppets using cursed energy.

Ice Formation: Uraume's technique; creates and controls large amounts of ice to freeze enemies and entire areas.

Shikigamis of the Ten Shadows: Divine Dogs, Nue, Giant Snake, Toad, Maximum Elephant, Rabbit Escape, Circular Deer, Piercing Ox, Funeral Tiger and Mahoraga.

Mahoraga: the most powerful and never tamed by Megumi. It is an enormous and muscular humanoid, with four appendages above its eyes, an extension behind its head, and a sword on its forearm that uses positive energy.

Above his head floats an eight-handled wheel, the Dharmachakra (or Wheel of Dharma). Upon receiving or experiencing a phenomenon, Mahoraga begins to adapt; the wheel turns as the process progresses. After adapting, he resists, neutralizes, or counteracts that phenomenon.

Curses: Rainbow Dragon: An enormous curse in the form of an oriental dragon. It possesses extremely tough skin and great physical strength.

Kuchisake-Onna: A vengeful spirit with a female appearance and a mutilated mouth. She traps her target in a simple domain, asks if she is beautiful, and attacks with scissors depending on the answer.

Tamamo-no-Mae Incarnate: An imaginary vengeful spirit of Special Grade and one of Geto's most powerful curses. Her exact abilities were not shown.

Storage curse: creature used to store objects inside its body.

Geto accumulates thousands of Curses and invokes them according to the situation; he also combines them through Maximo: Uzumaki to unleash his concentrated energy

In a Japan where the darkest human emotions—fear, hatred, resentment—manifest as monstrous Curses, humanity's existence hangs by a delicate, secret balance. To confront them, there is Jujutsu Sorcery, an art that channels Cursed Energy to combat and exorcise these creatures.

Yuji Itadori, a high school student with extraordinary physical strength but an ordinary life, sees his world shattered when a Curse strikes his friends. Desperate to save them, he commits an unthinkable act: he devours a finger of Ryomen Sukuna, the King of Curses. Against all odds, Yuji survives… but now he shares his body with the most feared being in history.

Sentenced to death but with a chance to postpone his sentence, Yuji is recruited by Satoru Gojo, the most powerful sorcerer, to join the Tokyo Technical School of Sorcery. There he forms bonds with other young sorcerers, such as Megumi Fushiguro and Nobara Kugisaki, while learning to combat Curses and master the power that threatens to consume him from within.

However, a conspiracy is brewing in the shadows: powerful curses and rogue sorcerers seek to resurrect Sukuna and destroy the world order. Amid brutal battles, devastating revelations, and inevitable sacrifices, Yuji must confront a question that haunts him:
