Natsume Soseki

a tall man, apparently about fifty years old.

He wears a long, British-style suit (often depicted as brown in the anime, though he wears a gray turtleneck underneath). He tops this with a poncho (described as "milk chocolate" in the anime). He also always wears a bowler hat, gloves (variously described as brown or white in different sources—the shade may vary slightly in different shots or design versions), and always carries a cane.

He has a thin mustache. An interesting detail: his hair color echoes his feline appearance. The right side of his face is hidden by a light brown strand, the hair above his neck is white, and the rest of his hair is dark brown. His eyes are a brownish-gold color.

Ability: "Your humble servant, the cat." This ability allows Natsume to transform into a calico cat. In his cat form (sometimes called Mi-chan), he appears as a medium-sized calico cat with orange, dark brown, and white markings, and his eyes are brown.
