The Ghost Twins are black and white ghosts (respectively) who are missing their feet and have empty, white eyes.

Tanner (The White Ghost) has a completely white body, with fluffy white hair cut in a razor cut style. He wears a pair of white trousers with a white bow tie, a black tongue, and a black shirt under a white suit with four black buttons down the front and long, ruffled lapels that make it resemble a wedding dress.

Marie (The Black Ghost), on the other hand, is entirely black, with long, silky black hair. To match her brother, she wears black trousers, a black suit with four white buttons and a more formal design compared to Tanner's, a white tongue, and a white shirt along with a black bow tie.

In the song "Scuffle," they become one (Tanrie) after a heated argument causes his microphone to implode. They appear to have melted together, becoming one.

Before the song "Illustrious," both are alive and now human. Their outfits remain the same, but they now have tanned skin due to their resurrection. And they have shoes and legs.

The Ghost Twins are a duo of opera-singing ghost brothers who star in the mod "Vs. Ghost Twins".
