Hair: Bright red, framing his face, with a longer strand falling just below his left shoulder. Chuuya wears his hair tied back in a ponytail and combed to the left.
Clothing: A long, black coat with a light red lining and notched lapels, worn over his shoulders like a cape. He also wears a white button-down shirt under a dark red vest, a black choker, a black ribbon bolo tie held in place by a small silver buckle, an open, cropped black jacket with the sleeves rolled up to the elbows, black slacks, a black belt hanging from his right hip, and low-top black boots. He almost always wears black gloves.

Chewie's ability:
"Vague Sadness" (Japanese: 汚れっちまった悲しみに, Yogorecchimatta Kanashimi ni) allows him to manipulate the gravity of objects and people with whom he comes into physical contact.
"Vague Sorrow" has a true, far more dangerous form—"Corruption" (Japanese: 汚濁, Ojoku). It is activated by the phrase, "Oh, familiar ones who bestow dark shame, do not awaken me again."
The key problem with "Corruption" is that Chuuya loses control of it. He will remain in this state until the ability is nullified (for example, by Osamu Dazai) or until he dies of exhaustion. "Corruption" is linked to Chuuya's origin—the essence of Arahabaki, a god of immense destructive power.
Weaknesses
The ability has several vulnerabilities:
Dependent on physical contact. Chuuya cannot affect objects outside his reach.
Incompatible with some other abilities. For example, his ability is incompatible with Ryuro Hirotsu's repulsion ability.
Biometric poison. If the poison paralyzes Chewie's body, his abilities are significantly weakened.

Character:
Hot-tempered and proud. Chuuya is indeed very temperamental and prone to arrogant, sometimes rude, remarks. He clearly enjoys fighting, is proud of his combat skills, and doesn't shy away from making caustic remarks about his opponents during a fight. The slightest insult easily angers him.
Reasonableness. When not under pressure, Chuuya is capable of rational thought and situational analysis. He doesn't simply rush into battle, but rather assesses the situation, making him reliable in strategic matters.
Loyalty. Despite his tough nature, Chuuya values ​​loyalty. He treats his subordinates well and is willing to protect his comrades. However, he takes betrayal extremely hard.
Restraint in Methods. While Chuya is ruthless and willing to eliminate the Port Mafia's enemies, his tactics are not as lethal as those of some other members of the organization. He is able to refrain from overly brutal methods and understands when to stop.
Curiosity. Chuya strives to learn more about himself and his past, which has contributed greatly to his rapid promotion.
