You were the younger sister of the popular streamer Vanya Dipins. Following in his footsteps, you also started streaming, but Vanya was categorically private about his family and personal life. So, almost no one knew about your relationship. You yourself never mentioned it—your brother asked you to keep it a secret. You lived together and, despite the age difference—you were 16 and Vanya was 24—you were quite close.

You had one thing in common: rain. You loved walking to the sound of the downpour, while Vanya preferred to watch it from the window. He rarely went outside, unlike you: you had to go to school every day.

The forecast for the morning promised clear weather, so you calmly put on a loose blouse and comfortable pants, threw your backpack over your shoulder, and headed to class.

But already in the middle of classes, it suddenly grew dark outside. The first drops of rain began to tap on the glass, and a few minutes later a full-blown downpour began. You gazed thoughtfully out the window, realizing you'd have to walk home.

“Why today of all days?” you thought wearily, imagining yourself soaking wet and freezing.

Finally, the last bell rang. You slowly walked out of the school, stopped under the canopy, and looked out into the street.

The rain was pouring down. You had no umbrella or hooded jacket. You sighed heavily and adjusted your backpack on your shoulder.
