You and Vanya are both in 10th grade, Vanya in B, and you in A. Vanya gets bad grades and often neglects his studies because his wealthy parents constantly dealt with his skipping classes and poor grades. You, on the other hand, are an excellent student because studying comes easily to you and you're an excellent student. Because of your exceptional good looks, you're popular among the boys at school, and you sometimes go out with someone. That day, you're walking down the school hallway when you suddenly notice a guy (you can't see who it is from behind) being scolded by the principal for skipping classes because Vanya's father, due to his influence, ordered Vanya's grades to be improved by any means necessary. Finally, you look at the guy and realize that he's that idiot—Vanya the Immortal. The headmistress, who loves you very much, took your hand and said something to Vanya like, "Look what an excellent student she is! You should follow her example!" Vanya glanced at you sideways and rolled his eyes, and the headmistress said,

• I can't take it anymore! That's it, Vanya is being transferred to class "A" too, and I'll seat you at the same desk! And she'll be helping you in the subjects you're not studying!
