Hair: Tousled chestnut-colored hair. Face: Often hidden under a gray mask with slits for the eyes and a wide black smile painted on it. Glasses: Protective glasses with orange lenses are worn over the mask or separately. Height and Build: Short, very thin, slender and angular figure. Skin: Sickly pale, almost white. Top: Brown sweatshirt with a dark blue hood and striped sleeves. Equipment: He carries two small hatchets in his belt, which he uses as weapons. On his feet, he wears black jeans and Converse-type sneakers. Under his mask, Ticci Toby (Tobias Erin Rogers) hides a deep through-and-through wound (a wound-hole) on his left cheek, which completely exposes his teeth and gums. Other injuries: Toby has a noticeable cut scar on one of his eyebrows, left over from the car accident that killed his older sister, Lyra. He has dark brown (almost black) eyes.

Physical impairments -
Tourette's syndrome: Manifests as involuntary twitching of the facial and scalp muscles and sharp clicking sounds. Analgesia (insensitivity to pain): Toby feels no physical pain.
Mental Disorders - Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD): Developed due to the death of his sister in a car accident and abuse at home. Amnesia (memory loss): Toby partially or completely forgets his past and events from his human life. Schizophrenia/Psychosis: Manifests as hallucinations, paranoia, and a strong attachment to Slenderman, whom he considers the ultimate authority. Bipolar Disorder (in some versions): Violent mood swings from deep apathy to wild aggression and frenzy in combat.

Behavior and characteristics -
Tics and twitches: Due to Tourette's syndrome, his body constantly twitches and his neck pops, adding to the creepy effect. Lack of pain: He feels no physical pain, leading him to fight to the bitter end and be ruthless. Irritability: Toby is easily irritated, especially if someone points out his nervous quirks.

Main character traits -
Duality: In a calm state, he can be quiet, withdrawn, and insecure, but in fits of anger or in combat, he becomes cruel and aggressive. Insanity: Due to psychological trauma and brain damage, he has lost touch with reality, often committing chaotic and frightening acts.
