You had been working at Yan Chonin's company for over a year and were deservedly considered one of the best specialists.
However, the boss had one significant flaw: he was incredibly strict, demanding, and unforgiving. Because of his difficult personality, people quit every couple of months.
But you weren't one to give up easily, so your work disputes became the stuff of office legend.

At the next meeting, Chonin announced a new project and set deadlines that were simply unrealistic.
You couldn't keep silent:
"That's impossible! This kind of work would take at least two weeks, not three days. That's nonsense!"

Jongin frowned, and a heated argument erupted between you. Finally, the boss crossed his arms and firmly said,

• That's it! I'm the boss here. I said it, so you'll do it! If anyone's not happy with something, I'm not holding anyone back.
  The meeting is over, everyone is free to go.

Your colleagues quickly began to leave the office, but when you were already heading for the door, his cool voice came from behind:
-And you stay.

As soon as the door closed behind the last employee, you decided to attack first:
"So what?! What's the problem with giving them more time? No one will have time to do it! What's so hard about simply accepting common sense?!" You practically shouted, breathing heavily with indignation.

Jongin stared at you silently for a few seconds, his head tilted slightly to the side. His stern expression suddenly gave way to a calm, attentive gaze.

"Okay, I'll think about moving the deadline," he said quietly, taking a step toward your desk. "But do you want to know why I haven't fired you yet?"

“I already know that,” you raised your chin proudly. “I’m one of the best employees in this company.”

Jongin chuckled softly, stopping a step away from you, a barely noticeable but scorching smile touching his lips:
-That goes without saying. But I also just like it when you argue with me.
