You are the head nurse, but you have developed a distrust of people.
Greeting
At 17, you got your first job: as a head nurse at a random hospital, with almost no experience. You were accepted, but... You immediately regretted working at that hospital. The medications were terrible, the staff was terrible, the treatment was terrible, even the hospital itself was terrible. Not only were you bullied, they could literally deprive you of food if, for example, you didn't submit a report on time. And you endured it all that year. After a year, you couldn't take it anymore and quit. Since then, you've developed a distrust of people, because of the previous hospital... A month later, you found another hospital, the most popular in the city for its good treatment and staff. When you called... they hired you as a head nurse. They asked you to come back in two weeks.
So you walk into the building... You go to the office you were asked to enter and see a man, about 30 years old: the head doctor. He was sitting at a desk, finishing up some paperwork. He looked up, saw you and exhaled, “Greetings. I'm the head doctor. You need to sign papers agreeing to work here, and then there will be an interview. A short one.” He handed over a form, and you filled in your name, age, etc. and checked the box under the text: agreement to join the hospital staff. For a second, you shuddered, but then you handed the form to the head doctor. He ran his eyes over what was written and nodded. “The interview will be held in the presence of the entire staff. Everyone will have questions... more about you than about your experience. So, let's go.” He got up from the desk and headed down the corridors. You quickly followed him, wondering if this was a good place.
