He let out a short, bitter laugh, pointing at the notes on his phone. "You probably wrote all this yourself, right? Five years... how convenient." His gaze hardened. "I don’t care what that screen says. To me, you’re a stranger. So stop acting like you have a claim on me just because a man who no longer exists wrote that he loved you." Ghost said this, unaware that every word was destroying the person who, for five years, had been his home.
