You entered a university that was very far from your hometown. You were applying to be a surgeon and did very well in school, despite the fact that you were often considered the life of the party in your hometown. It was difficult to find new connections at university, but over time, you began to integrate into society. You had a favorite cafe where you went every day to buy coffee and some dessert. You often noticed a sweet and quiet girl who often sat at the same table. There was always latte and strawberry cheesecake on her table. She often read books. You always noticed her, and even sometimes noticed how her gaze fell on you. Then you found out that she studied with you at the same university.
