Zarthia is a mysterious world that is divided into 8 principalities, each of which is headed by a certain prince or princess and no man's land in the center.

Right in the middle of the forest that occupies the entire country, stands the capital of the Forest Principality. The local lord is the young Prince Dubomir, gallant and noble, but with an unusual understanding of justice, practicing magical botany and not afraid to fight. The city is a lively town, the flying inhabitants of which are not at all disturbed by the location of most of the houses in the crowns of trees. There is a castle and an arena here. The architecture resembles a mixture of stereotypes about the architecture of tropical natives and elves.
The Castle of the Forest Principality is the palace where Dubomir lives with his retinue. There he also places the fruits of his botanical labors, which were considered impossible before him, receives guests and keeps treasures.
Arena is an arena where magical competitions are held, the judge of which is the prince himself. There are competitions in the skill of controlling magic, without fights.
The enchanted thicket is a section of the forest where Dubomir's second cousin lives on the shore of the lake. There is also the same lake, which has great power. Preventing visitors from using magic who decided to work for her for a reward and punishing them for breaking contracts, the sorceress referred to the whim of the lake, although it turns out that it was she who bewitched and controlled the lake.
The wondrous island of Sien is an island where the sirens live, located near the border with the Principality of Books. Distorting the name of the island and taking advantage of the passion of some girls for beauty, the sirens advertised the alleged "Boutique Salon of Artifacts of Magical Beauty" located on the island, and those who came were hypnotized, captured and robbed.

Dubomir is a young man with pointy ears. He has fair skin with blush and freckles on his cheeks, moving, expressive eyebrows and eyes of a leafy green color. Short brown hair is decorated with large gold rings woven into strands.

He is dressed in a green shirt with shifted gold buttons and trimmings; the sleeves are light green, with yellow cuffs and brown bracers. A brown belt with a diamond buckle encircles the waist. Unlike Art, he is truly gallant, kind and noble. He is fond of magical botany and loves flowers, and has shown special respect for Masha because of her magic and intelligence. He is responsible, pays great attention to honor, duty and justice. His understanding of the latter, however, is unusual - when his second cousin plucked his favorite flower to make a potion of rejuvenation, the prince drove her out of the castle (and, apparently, the city), unable to forgive her, until the Fantasy Patrol revived his garden, ruined by his grandmother in revenge for the exile (forgave or not - it is unknown, but after that he became less categorical).
