🌌 The fifth Enigma: Tenya Iida

Throughout his life, Tenya believed he was an Alpha. His family, medical, and school records always classified him as such. His strong presence, discipline, and physical prowess meant that no one questioned his classification.

But there was something strange.

His scent never completely matched that of an Alpha.

The doctors simply assumed it was a rare variation.

Until one day...

🐭 Nezu discovers it

Nezu is talking to Iida in his office when, suddenly, he becomes completely still.

His ears perk up.

His expression changes.

Iida immediately notices that something is happening.

—Director Nezu? Is something wrong?

Nezu does not respond for a few seconds.

Because he just acknowledged something that only four people in the world could acknowledge.

The scent of an enigma.

And it's right in front of him.

Nezu stares intently at Iida.

—Tenya... have you ever been told that your classification might be incorrect?

Iida is completely confused.

—Incorrect? My records indicate that I have been an Alpha since birth.

Nezu smiles.

But this time it's not her usual smile.

—Then I'm afraid your records are wrong.

🌌 The truth

Tenya Iida is the fifth Enigma.

And nobody knew.

Not even their parents.

Nor his brothers.

Nor his colleagues.

Not even Iida himself.

His body had developed Enigma-like characteristics so slowly that they were mistaken for those of an exceptional Alpha.

And now there's a huge problem:

The Enigmas recognize other Enigmas.

Therefore, Nezu has just discovered that the fifth Enigma has been living for years right in front of his eyes.

And when the other three remaining Enigmas discover that Iida exists...

The whole world is going to start wondering how a fifth Enigma appeared after so many years.

The best thing is that Iida doesn't change as a person.

It's still Iida.

He remains responsible, gentlemanly, nervous, and excessively formal.

RECOGNITION AMONG ENIGMAS

This would be a very important rule:

One Enigma always recognizes another Enigma. *

It doesn't matter:

• distance,

• age,

• country,

• profession,

• appearance,

• nor how much time has passed.

His body automatically recognizes the presence of the other.

And here we can create a BRUTAL scene for the story:

Nezu is walking calmly through the halls of UA..

Then he stops.

His expression changes.

Because he just sensed something.

Something he hadn't felt in a very long time Time.* Another Enigma is inside the UA

But nobody knows who.

And that could become one of the great mysteries of our history.

near-divine physical endurance

The bodies of the Enigmas have extraordinary resistance.

They can withstand physical exertion that would exhaust a normal person.

However, they are not invulnerable . They can still be injured and need rest. Ability to relax others: This is probably their most peculiar characteristic. The presence of an Enigma can cause those nearby to experience a sense of calm. Someone very nervous might quickly calm down by being around them. Someone angry might regain their composure. Even after a chaotic situation, an Enigma can help a crowd calm down again. But they do not control emotions. They cannot force someone to feel happy, sad, or in love. *

It simply helps to reduce intense emotions.
Ability to calm large crowds

This ability is far more powerful.

A particularly experienced Enigma can use their presence to* calm huge groups of people *.

For example, during a disaster, a complicated evacuation, or a situation of collective panic, an Enigma could get thousands of people to calm down enough to follow instructions.

That's why governments consider this ability extremely valuable.

And also...

• extremely dangerous. Why does society fear them? Here we have one of the main conflicts of the AU. The Riddlers did nothing to deserve that fear. But their combination of extreme strength, mental resilience, the ability to influence crowds, and rarity has caused many people to consider them dangerous. There are rumors that a Riddler could control an entire city. The reality is different: they can calm people, but not control their thoughts.

However, fear rarely needs something to be true.

THE RIDDLES — OFFICIAL RULES
How many are there?

There are only five Riddlers in the entire world . They are so extraordinarily rare that many people believe they became extinct generations ago. Each Riddler is considered an exceptional individual, and their existence is kept under international surveillance and protection. Izuku Midoriya is NOT a Riddler. He is an Omega . How is a Riddler discovered? An Riddler's classification does not easily appear in conventional medical tests. It is primarily discovered through their natural scent . Riddlers possess a completely different scent than Alphas, Betas, or Omegas. The most curious thing is that an Riddler can immediately recognize the scent of another Riddler. *

They don't need proof.

They don't need explanations.

They simply know.

That's why, when two Enigmas meet after years without knowing any other of their kind, they can recognize each other in a matter of seconds.
Why are they so rare?

Enigma reproduction is* extremely infrequent *.

The possibility of a new Enigma appearing is practically nonexistent.

That's why the five that exist are considered a true genetic anomaly.

For generations, the number of Enigmas has been decreasing.

This has led some scientific organizations to consider Enigmas a kind of* "biological heritage of humanity," something that many Enigmas find deeply uncomfortable.

RIDDLE SKILLS

These abilities are not quirks. They are characteristics inherent to their caste.
Extreme mental strength

They possess extraordinary psychological resilience.

They can maintain concentration even under situations of enormous pressure.

It does not mean that they are incapable of feeling fear, sadness, or stress; they simply possess an exceptional ability to remain functional in the face of these feelings.

⚖️ GENERAL RULES
Regardless of caste:
No one is above another person because of their caste.
Discrimination based on caste is prohibited.
Caste does not determine personality.
Caste does not determine the power of a Quirk.
No one can use their caste to intimidate another person.
Emotional bonds are always voluntary.
UA students receive the exact same heroic training.
The Enigmas have the right to maintain their private identity.
An Omega can be a leader.
A Beta can outperform an Alpha.
An Alpha can be shy, sensitive, or quiet.
An Enigma can be completely normal.
A hero's worth is measured by his actions, not by his caste.
And this last one would practically be the central philosophy of the UA:
“Your caste explains a part of you. It can never define who you are.” 💚✨

🌌 ENIGMAS

And we arrive at the legendary caste. 👀

Enigmas are so rare that for centuries they were considered practically a myth.

Characteristics:

They are extremely rare.

Its classification may remain unknown for years.

Their quirks exhibit unusual behaviors.

They can develop an especially powerful Resonance with other quirks.

Its presence may slightly alter the reaction of certain quirks.

They are difficult to study, even for scientists.

They are not necessarily physically superior.

They have no authority over the other castes.

An Enigma can be good, bad, or simply a normal person.

🌌 The Enigma Resonance

This would be the most special feature.

An Enigma may experience a particular reaction when it comes into contact with certain people.

It can manifest itself as:

✨ Quirk stabilization
✨ Temporary increase in accuracy
✨ perception of emotions
✨ Small changes in Quirk energy
✨ feeling of familiarity or tranquility

But it never forces two people to love each other.

The emotional connection has to develop naturally. 💗

Main rule:

“An Enigma can alter the resonance of a Quirk, but it can never control a person’s heart.”

🌸 OMEGAS

Omegas are often emotionally perceptive people and can develop a particularly sensitive connection with their own quirks.

Characteristics:

They can easily perceive small emotional changes.

They tend to have a great capacity for empathy.

Some develop a particularly stable connection with their quirks.

They can be leaders, professional heroes, teachers, or anything they want.

Their caste does not determine their personality.

They don't need an Alpha to protect them.

They can be perfectly independent.

And here we establish a VERY important rule for Izuku:

Being Omega does not reduce the power of One For All.

In fact, her enormous determination makes her emotional connection with the Quirk exceptional.

Betas are the most common caste and represent the most stable point of the system.

Characteristics:

Izuku, being an Omega, begins to show a characteristic that no Omega should have: a resonance compatible with the Enigmas.

Nezu would be the first to realize it.

When an Enigma truly cares for someone, their Quirk begins to react differently around that person.
Not because there is possession or obligation.
Simply because, for the first time, her body recognizes someone as a safe place.
And that could become one of the greatest mysteries in history. 🥹💗

Omegaverse with sweet romance, tenderness, innocent jealousy, crushes, and romantic drama, but zero sexual content. That we can definitely do! 🫶✨
And we can make the Enigmas the legendary caste that makes everything much more interesting.

In this universe there are Alphas, Betas, Omegas and Enigmas.
Enigmas are so rare that many people believe they are merely a legend. Their main characteristic is not being "superior," but rather having a special resonance with Quirks. Some can enhance, stabilize, or even perceive certain alterations in other Quirks.
And that's where the romance comes in. 👀💕
💕 Relationships
Couples don't depend on caste. An Alpha can fall in love with a Beta, an Omega with another Omega, an Enigma of any classification, and so on.
It would be wonderful if some people developed a kind of "emotional resonance" with someone they love.
It's not something mandatory or magical that controls their feelings. It's simply that, when a very deep connection exists, their quirks can react in small ways:
✨ a light that appears around them
✨ Their quirks become more stable when they're together
✨ Feeling a sense of peace when they recognize the presence of their loved one
✨ Little details that only happen with that person

The Enigmas as a legendary caste, but making them a fantastic and social category of the world

🌌 The Enigmas — the legendary caste

In this universe, there are four main castes:

Alphas — associated with leadership and a strong presence.

Betas — the most common and balanced classification.

Omegas — possess particular biological characteristics, but their heroic ability does not depend on them.

Enigmas — an extremely rare classification that appears in less than one person in millions.

The Enigmas were practically an urban legend. For centuries it was believed that they did not exist, until records began to appear of individuals with characteristics impossible to explain using normal classifications.

🌀 What makes an Enigma special?

They are not necessarily physically stronger. Their distinguishing characteristic is that their bodies exhibit an extraordinary adaptation to the Quirk.

For example:

They can develop exceptional resistance to the wear and tear of their own Quirk.

Its presence can cause temporary changes in the behavior of other quirks.

Some possess a kind of "resonance," allowing them to synchronize with certain abilities.

Their abilities may evolve in ways that scientists do not yet understand.

And most importantly:

An Enigma cannot be identified simply by observing it. Even doctors need specialized tests.

🐭And Nezu...

This is where it gets interesting.

Nezu would be one of the few known enigmas of modern history. 👀

His Quirk, High Spec, combined with his Enigmatic nature, would explain why his intellectual capacity is so extraordinary.

Nezu's existence would be one of UA's best-kept secrets

Because if society were to discover that the headmaster of one of the most prestigious hero academies belongs to a caste considered legendary...

The whole world would begin to wonder what other Enigmas exist.

If My Hero Academia were Omegaverse, we could turn it into an alternate version focused on social hierarchies, quirk genetics, and coexistence dynamics, without getting into adult content.

🐺 How would this universe work?

In this version, in addition to having a Quirk, each person is born with a second classification:

Alphas: They tend to have a greater physical presence and social leadership, although that doesn't mean they are better heroes.

Betas: They do not have special biological characteristics and make up the majority of the population.

Omegas: They have certain biological and social characteristics, but their quirks function exactly the same as anyone else's.

Japanese society has created laws to prevent these categories from affecting a hero's career. For example, an agency cannot reject someone solely for being an omega.

🏫 UA would be MUCH more chaotic

Aizawa would have a new headache:

Aizawa: “I don’t care if they’re alpha, beta, or omega. Everyone here is a UA student, and everyone’s going to train.”

Present Mic: “ERASER HEAD, YOU HAVE THREE ALPHAS vying for the leadership position!”

Aizawa: "...I'm going to expel you all."

Meanwhile, Nezu would probably have designed an entire system of coexistence to avoid conflicts between students.
🦸 The professional heroes

Here's where it gets interesting: some famous heroes may have had to fight against societal prejudices to prove that their ranking doesn't determine their ability.

And Nezu would probably use UA as a social experiment:

"If we want to change heroic society, we must begin by teaching the next generation that a ranking does not define a person," Nezu would say (Nezu is an enigma, but it's a secret).
