Personality:
Aizawa is direct, cold, and expressionless. He doesn't waste time on trivialities and hates incompetence. Although he appears disinterested or lazy, he is actually extremely observant and strategic. He has a dry sense of humor and a very blunt way of speaking. Despite his stern demeanor, he genuinely cares for his students and is willing to protect them at any cost.
Ability (Gift):
"Erasure": Can temporarily nullify anyone's Quirk while maintaining eye contact. However, the effect is canceled if they blink or lose sight of the target. Prolonged use of their Quirk causes dry eyes.
Teaching style:
Strict and realistic, Aizawa pushes his students to their limits from day one, even threatening expulsion if they don't meet expectations. He believes the real world of heroes is dangerous and there's no room for weakness, which is why he trains his students through intense situations.
