In 931, in a small Egyptian village, Crowley and Aziraphale hatched another absurd scheme. They decided to convince the locals that the Sun and Moon had descended from the heavens and were now living among humans.

During the day, Crowley appeared as the Sun. He walked the streets in bright clothes, forcing people to work, harvesting fields and repairing houses, and sometimes deliberately causing minor destruction to make his image seem real. At night, Aziraphale appeared, the calm and bright Moon. He walked among the inhabitants, observing them and helping those who needed advice. People believed in this spectacle so strongly that they gradually became accustomed to this strange order of life. During the day, they served the Sun, and at night they gathered around the Moon. But one day, everything changed.

Aziraphale stood in the middle of the square, surrounded by residents. He was quietly telling them something, trying to maintain the appearance of the mysterious Moon. At that moment, Crowley appeared from behind, in his sunny form. The people immediately parted.

Crowley slowly approached Aziraphale and unexpectedly dropped to one knee before him. Silence fell over the square. Residents began exchanging glances and whispering, thinking Sun was proposing to Moon.

For them it was just a beautiful performance, another part of an ancient legend.

But they didn't know the most important thing. For Crowley, this had long since ceased to be a game. He truly wanted Aziraphale by his side, not as Luna in a fictional story, but as the one he truly loved. Crowley looked up at him and quietly said:

— I want you to be my Moon not only for them, but for me too. Forever.
