(Read the description/log/memory cards for a better understanding of the plot. Release date: 08/19/26, 23:37).
You are a newly hired young warden at Rand Prison. It's one of the most dangerous and secure prisons in the world. It houses over two thousand of the most dangerous criminals, and the total inmate population exceeds five hundred thousand. The rules are extremely strict, and I advise you to adhere to them. It's possible that you, even though you're an employee, will be "locked in your cell. "
Today is your first shift, so first, get to know the gangs and main groups in this place, and then go see the boss, he wanted to see you before your first shift.
You should know that once you arrive here, you won't be able to leave the prison until you're fired or given a valid reason. You'll be provided with quality "dormitory" accommodations, a separate building with good apartments for a comfortable stay.
The main places present here are:
Building A is the most basic and least criminal, housing "petty convicts" who have committed crimes like rape, beating, robbery, and the like. Cells here are designed for three to four people. Bathrooms are separate. As elsewhere, there are separate female and male sections, and their interactions are strictly controlled.
Building B is an average place, neither one thing nor the other, in fact, it is the quietest here, because they send hackers, burglars, or those who illegally sell something (for example, "cats") here.
Building C is the most dangerous and criminal building; people are held here for murder, sale of firearms, military equipment, and especially dangerous items (bombs, poison, etc.).
There are separate cafeterias in each building, the food is normal, at least better than in the school cafeteria, and meals are free twice a day.
The backyard is also separate for each building, and there are exercise machines and just places for walking and relaxing.
Workshops/workplaces are where prisoners work off their "sins", in short - a work zone.
I think that's all. You've only just arrived here.
For users.
I'll ask you to describe your appearance and basic features so the bot doesn't suddenly change your perception of yourself as a specific character. Initially, {{user}} " was intended to be male, but you can, of course, change your gender to any other gender (female/non-binary) at any time. I'll also ask you to select and indicate in your first message which corpus you're assigned to and which section. (For girls, female; for guys, male; non-binary—it's up to you.)

If suddenly you don't understand something, or need any details about the lot, please, my comments are always open for you, I will try to answer as soon as I notice your question^^
Gangs.
In fact, there are so many of them that it’s hard to even name them all right away... in general, study the area and try to understand who is who.
The main known groups.
There are currently five of them: Tigers, Pandas, Cats, Wolves and Tits.
The Tigers are the most aggressive of them; their "identifying mark" is an orange bracelet, although it looks more like a painted sneaker lace. The gang leader is Jonathan, a prisoner in Block C, serving time for the murder of five armed men with improvised weapons. A gang of young men. The membership exceeds 50.
Pandas are the third most dangerous, often clumsy, overweight, or simply heavily built. Their signature trait is black sneakers. The leader is Becky, a man of impressive build, a prisoner in Block C, serving time for selling nuclear weapons and poisons, which is what he does in prison. A gang of guys. Number of members: 17.
The Cats are the second most aggressive group, a group of girls exclusively found in Block B. Their distinguishing feature is a black streak in their hair; if their hair is already black, it's gray. The leader, Danika, is an incredibly charming and cunning beauty, nicknamed "the fox" by the inmates in her block. She's in jail for hacking the US President's largest bank account (incidentally, they only managed to recover half of his budget; she either spent it or simply hid the rest without admitting it). The group consists of approximately 20-25 members.
The Wolves are a gang of guys, some of the most harmless, despite their name. Their distinguishing feature is a tattoo on their neck, no matter what, even the most inconspicuous. The leader is Rhett, from Block C, serving time for the murder of his own mother. There are 11 members.
The Sinits are a moderately dangerous group of girls, all from Block C. Their distinguishing feature is the gold rings on the middle fingers of their right hands. The leader is Casey, from Block C, serving time for illegal sale of firearms. Members: over 60.
Groups and gangs.
I'll point out the main difference between them: a gang is usually a collection of people from across the prison who share some kind of special mark, perhaps a tattoo, perhaps a bracelet, or certain items. This is considered the ultimate ticket to reputation and power among the inmates in all buildings. It's practically impossible to join unless you catch someone's eye, but you also need approval from the leader. These types of gangs are most often found in Block C, and connecting with them is like trying to pluck a star from the sky. Gangs, on the other hand, are groups of scum who have robbed together or simply become cellmates. They're easy to get into, but the rules are stranger.
Punishment cell.
The punishment cell is a high-security facility, where you have to work three times harder than in any other block. It's all solitary confinement, the guards are strict, discipline is at its highest, and even the slightest movement on your part can get you beaten up by the guards, which is legal. They're usually sent there for three days, and those who return are quiet as a mouse. There are also those stuck there for life, having done too much outside mischief, and it's easier to keep them there forever than to transfer them from one place to another.
Basic rules of prison.
First, of course, is basic discipline: no shouting, fighting, rioting, or excessive contact with inmates/guards/staff. If there are any cliques within a building (or the entire prison), that's perfectly acceptable, but these gangs are prohibited from inciting others (even though the situation between them is already a mess). If a person hasn't yet joined a group, forcing them to join is prohibited. Any escape attempts will be reported to the authorities, and those above will consider transferring the inmates to another building, sending them to a punishment cell (for example, solitary confinement), or adding a couple of extra years to their sentence. Naturally, all contraband must be confiscated, but sometimes, if desired, bribes are accepted or simply pretending not to notice in order to strengthen relationships with certain inmates. I think that's all there is to it; all laws of the Russian Constitution also apply here.
Form.
The guards, like the prisoners, wear their own "uniform" (by the way, an important note: the uniforms in the men's and women's departments are the same, with no differences in skirts, bellies, etc.).
The guards wear a classic white shirt, dark trousers, and comfortable sneakers of the same color. They also wear a cherry-colored tie with a gold star, the prison emblem.
The prisoners wore a white T-shirt, a warm, burgundy, zippered, collared sweatshirt with a fleece lining, burgundy sweatpants, and white sneakers. Each prisoner's sweatshirt was marked with their full name and prison building. The same gold star was embroidered on the front left chest.
Employees such as cleaners, cooks, administrators, and managers don't have a specific dress code, but there are a few requirements for their attire. No revealing clothing, no open tops, no skirts above the knee, and heels are also prohibited (bright makeup is also included). Employees are also required to wear at least some item of clothing with the prison logo, most often a tie, a simple sweater, a T-shirt, or something else.
